Always fantastic food, always fantastic customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly a year, and my loyalties have been acknowledged many times through nice gestures.

Almost 3 weeks of great service.

Being vulnerable, I’m a big guy, 180kg, 6”1. It’s really key for me to keep track of what I’m eating and ensuring what I put in my body is good as apposed to the terrible diet that got me to this weight. But I’m active, I’m feeling good and Bozu is really helping me achieve massive things in a short period of time. They have their meals on MyFitnessPal (big +) Long may that continue. I’m around 1 stone down (6kg) since joining. Jordan and the team have been excellent. Fresh deliveries every Sunday and Wednesday without issue.

Credit to you guys for a fantastic service. Glad we got everything set up and I committed to Bozu.

Accusing me of using multiple emails to post bad reviews. Then doxing my personal information along with other customers information in the comment replies and when I told them my ip address is available in my data to trustpilot they removed the emails from the comments. I’ve just had an email from trust pilot saying my review will be removed for hate speach cos BOZU flagged it as hate speach. They use every tactic possible to deny and remove bad reviews so they can keep doing what they do. I’ve had no delivery from this company they refused to give me a refund I had to fight for it for over a month. I was pestered with phone calls 2/3 months later from the owner trying to get my address to send me out some food. You ok I don’t trust you. Every few weeks I get an updated from here with the comments trying to deny anything I say or fro. Trustpilot saying they are requesting my personal information again. Unbelievably abusive and aggressive treatment of their customers.

False accusation of using multiple emails for reviews. This just shows that they can't take any feedback, and they're delusional for thinking I made 3 emails hahaha. Don't order from here, they're delusional.

I have been using Bozu now for close to 3 years which speaks for itself with the level of consistency and quality of the food. I have generally been pleased with all aspects of the service right from customer engagement through to the freshness of my weekly breakfasts and lunches. I would recommend them with full confidence as they have been a clear factor to my overall well being and personal development with my training.

Customer service at this place is horrendous. Their customer service rep (who I believe is also the owner) is extremely condescending and rude. The subscription states it is easy to cancel or pause which is a lie. Trying to cancel the subscription or amend it is impossible. Whilst the food is nice, the customer service lets the business down terrible so overall would not recommend anyone getting involved with this company at all.

Great Food,Menu Changes Regularly so I never get bored, Been Helping Me save Time not having to Make meals at home simply two minutes in a microwave. convenient and tasty.

Fantastic food at such a reasonable price! We have 2 kids and both are very busy with work and it’s such a joy to have these yummy meals to enjoy! So easy to get ready and is like having proper restaurant food and a tiny fraction of the price,

I recently decided to try a meal prep service and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The portions were small to begin with, but things took a turn for the worse when I canceled my subscription. Suddenly, the portions became even smaller, to the point where they were barely enough to constitute a meal. It's as if they were trying to punish me for canceling. The quality of the food also seemed to decline, with meals arriving bland and uninspiring. I regret wasting my time and money on this service and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

No cancel button on their site. Have to email to cancel a plan. Even if your plan is cancelled, they will still charge you and ship you meals. They wont reply to you if you want a refund. Used to go under the name of 'diets2go' but that site redirects to bozu now. Ive seen another person have the exact same issue with them as I have had. Do not bother using bozu.

I’ve used many different companies (Chefly etc) but none have provided better quality food than these guys! Been with now for a couple years and will carry on!

Just had my first meal from BOZU. Then had to eat another one straight after. It’s fresh and tasty and I’m impressed. The meals are much better than what you find in the market.
