Very good service. I had to go out unexpectedly so was not around to help the driver unload. He kindly put my timber on the drive for me.

Really quick efficient service - with the goods delivered on time as promised. Plus the bonus of a customer service advisor with a wicked sense of humour to complement his courteous and professional manner.

I needed 3 x bags (~ 800 kgs each ) of aggregates for a domestic garden project and I live in a cul de sac with congested access roads. After placing my order online (very straight forward) I though I ought to send a message about delivery constraints - I need not have worried because I received a call from Bradfords withing 15 mins of placing the order discussing delivery arrangements. It all turned up as expected - the bags craned over my garden wall. Bradfords have embraced online ordering but not lost the personal touch and service ethos. Impressive.

Ordered 2 bags of sand & 1 of gravel on the 6th, now the 11th & told it wont be here until 14th....wont be using again.

I found the service excellent. I placed my order online, my order and delivery were confirmed by phone. My delivery was on time and the driver was very polite and friendly.

Excellent local builders merchant all the staff where very polite jolly and helpful. I would recommend them at the Penzance depot.

Had to to Penzance depot as my local store, Helston, did not have stock.
Shame it did not open on Sunday.
Otherwise, product is excellent.

Very happy with the quality of the edging stones I ordered - delivery was really quick whereas everyone else was out of stock. I've now ordered some gravel boards from them. I will be going to them before anybody else in future.

I ordered 42 lengths of decking boards on-line to replace our existing decking which was well past its ‘sell by’ date! Selecting and ordering on the website was simple and it was made clear that under current circumstances there would be a long ‘lead time’. However, within just a few weeks my local depot phoned to say they would deliver the whole order the following day if that was convenient. You bet. The order arrived as stated, all good quality boards, and I got the job done (in good weather) ahead of the schedule I had in mind. Thank you Bradfords for your excellent service.

Good, just what I expect. Nothing more to say

Though the local Bradfords depots did not have all my order in stock, they delivered what they could promptly.
When I telephoned to chase up they were quick to offer an alternative which did the trick. A great service and the local, friendly depot staff helped immensely! It can be daunting using building suppliers as a DIY-er, without knowing trade terminology etc. No worries at Bradfords though!
In future I won’t use online ordering. If I’d phoned I would have been told about supply difficulties right from the start. Lesson learned.
In all a good experience.

Good stock levels and good quality plus helpful staff

Unfortunately Bradford's online platform has no idea what stock is in a branch and will happily allow orders that cannot be filled. I tried for 12 of 2.4m 25x50 par. Not possible. Further complicated when I tried to recover my payment after cancellation as I used PayPal. Be warned, good company, poor online presence.

Very efficient and extremely helpful driver who delivered the goods.
