Terrible customer service. Don't reply to emails. Used to be a good company but not anymore

Returned item mid June. Tracking shows it was delivered. It's now nearly the end of July. Emails ignored. Only got a response when I threatened legal action. Suddenly, I get an email saying my refund is on the way. Five days later....still no sign of my refund! I wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole!

Good price, free delivery & arrived quickly

Very slow delivery time and lack of communication. However my purchase was really nice at a good price - but will be hesitant to place any future orders due to the time it took to receive my order.

I am currently awaiting receipt of a bra I paid for and ordered on the 30th of June. I have emailed 10 times and only received one email were they said they would check with delivery people by the end of the week. Its now a week later and I have not heard anything. No response to any of my emails or calls. I will be contacting my credit card company looking for a refund. Appallying customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered £391 worth of underwear 2 months ago. Paid on day of order. 6 items took over a month to be delivered. The last item arrived today. Very slow to respond to emails asking when I would get the stuff I’d bought.
Good prices and quality, but other similar companies are much more responsive and quick.
I wouldn’t buy from BraForMe again and would not recommend to a friend.

Returned one of the bras I purchased but didn’t receive a full refund. Have contacted twice but still no reply. Disappointed!

What a find! Website super easy to use, cheaper prices and fast delivery. The bra is also perfect!

Their shipment arrived late - a few days after their tracker showed as delivered. It also took a while - like a few weeks. Their customer service is extremely unresponsive. Took about 3-4 attempts before they would even respond, and each response is delayed as well. They also charge you for shipping and you have to pay your own returns if you're in the US - even though their website states they offer one return receipt per order. Their size calculator is also way off. I had to return every item I ordered. Do not recommend.

Dreadful service. Took nearly 2 weeks for order to arrive and when it did arrive it was completely the wrong order.
Emailed them to tell them and didn't even get an apology. Will never use them again.

Good selection of bras and sizes everything arrived in good time. Only negative is the length of time it took to get a refund.

Absolutely no issue with the products but they took just short of 3 weeks to arrive.. no contact from the retailer at all despite submitting 3 contact forms and 2 emails. Customer service is shocking but like I said, items are absolutely fine. Was starting to think I'd been scammed!

Two separate orders for two different bikini bottoms cancelled due to stock error. It’s taken 13 days to be refunded for one and it’s now been 14 days and not yet had refund for the second order. Not good enough if you haven’t got the stock don’t sell the item and ensure you refund your customers a lot quicker when it’s not their fault. Very disappointing.

Ordered a bikini for holidays. Stated 48 hour delivery. I was on holiday and back before it was received so returned it. Now told it will take up to 21 days to receive a refund. Shocking customer service. Would not recommend.

I am still waiting to hear back from this company about my order and have now gone to my credit card company to try and recoup my money back. Whilst it was Evri that lost my order I am still left with no order and a company that I am unable to contact as they don't respond to any of my messages. I will definitely not be using this company again and can see why they have so many bad reviews!
