The delivery time was way too long.
I realise that you order from Belgium and you are just an agent selling for Van de Velde, but if you don't have the stock when a customer orders perhaps you should say so.

The one star is for the bikini which I ordered 2 weeks before my holiday , unfortunately due the extremely slow order processing time it didn’t arrive till 2 days after I had left so I didn’t get to wear it . And then it has taken around a month to get a refund !! Shocking service avoid this company !!

Unfortunately they use Evri for delivery. Have been waiting ages for my order and find out that Evri have lost it.

Quick service, great prices. Always the first place I look.

Product was great customer service was not! After order was placed and accepted there were no updates whatsoever as to when my order would be dispatched. Three emails on the subject went unanswered but bikini eventually did arrive after two weeks

Great choice, excellent price, speedy delivery

I placed an order on a Friday evening, and received my items on the Wednesday. I waz very pleased with how quickly it arrived.

I'm not 100% sure your customer service is that good. My bras took over a week to get dispatched after chasing via email twice (with no response at all). Bras are great but I love the brand I buy. Work on your corresponding to your customers then maybe a 5*

I would normally give you 5 stars through recent order but the last one took nearly one month to arrive. Maybe the sale made it longer but in the end my parcel arrived. Thankyou will definitely use you again. Hopefully won’t have to wait so long

Website good, bras fit me perfectly and price reduced. One star off as took along time to be delivered.

Significant delay with delivery (c. One month). Zero contact from Customer Service for first 3 attempts. When products finally arrived it was after the trip I had bought them for so I had to return them. But I was not allowed to get a refund for postage when I returned them even though there were extenuating circumstances. Also, reason for delay was changed based on the Customer Service rep I was in contact with.

I used this site as I needed proper cup style swimsuits. I have since found out that Next offers this service so I ordered from there and products arrived within a few days.

No communication, blamed it on emails they sent going to my junk! BRAFORME, do not insult my intelligence!!
Sent numerous emails and they also blamed it on stock control, when I placed an order and no availability.

Don't recommend waited 10 days to be told my item was unavailable asked for a refund no response so starting a chargeback with my bank

Terrible customer service. Waited weeks for no delivery. Multiple requests for a refund on my order ignored.

Item took a long time to be dispatched. I had to buy elsewhere. Once retuned, had to wait 4 weeks for a refund. I wrote to Customer Services about the lengthy wait. Got a reply to say they are very busy, small company etc but just words. No action!

Delivery time not accurate - took 10 days to arrive. No response when contacted customer service numerous times. Disappointing.

Product is excellent but your logistics are terrible… it look me writing constant emails and eventually received my products that I paid for two weeks later. Please ensure your logistics (deliver) is efficient.. your products are good.
