Easy site to use especially as i know which make and style I wear. Bras arrived quickly.
Appreciated the discount as bras can be expensive.

Good value for well known brands. However I don’t think I’d order again because they took a very long time arrive and when I tried to contact them they didn’t respond so I began to worry that it was not a legitimate company. It was only when I wrote this in an email and an instagram message that the bras were suddenly delivered.

My original order never arrived on time plus it was the wrong size. After messaging I finally got through to someone who knew what she was doing. She assured me my order would arrive asap. It still took a week!

I placed an order with them only for them to email me days later saying due to a stock error the item I ordered was unavailable. They asked if I wanted something different which I initially agreed to, but they never responded. Due to the amount of time it took I ended up having to order what I wanted from another brand, I contacted them for a refund and they still haven’t responded. And they don’t have a live chat option or someone to call and I can’t even cancel the order. So frustrating !!

I have had a good experience and my wife loves both sets I have got her. They look great on her as well!

I loved my purchase overall. However, one of the items arrived without any tags or additional protective packaging, which made me question whether it was actually new.

I chose not to return it, as the styles are difficult to find. I washed it and decided to keep it.

Order did not arrive. Refund received

I ordered a vest top for under a dress for a wedding, which was taking place on 8th June. I ordered it from Braforme on 2nd June as they stated Track 48 delivery, which gave plenty of time for it to arrive. It took more than 10 days to arrive. I needed to send it back as it was no longer of use to me. I sent it back on 20th June. However, I waited for a refund until 26th July, despite numerous emails asking about where the refund was - each one being totally ignored. Disgraceful customer service. Would not buy anything from them or recommend them to anyone. !!

The website implies speedy delivery but it took nearly 3 weeks for the bras to arrive. When they did arrive, the bras were great. So factor in the delay when ordering.

3 weeks for a refund! Unacceptable!

I was all set to give one star as the customer service is sadly lacking. I ordered two items on 3rd July and waited a week before enquiring about the status of my order. I contacted the company four times before they finally replied on 17th July apologising for the delay and lack of contact. When you have spent nearly £140 and payment has been taken straight away I think a 2 week delay is too long. It shows a lack of common courtesy especially as on their website they claim that they offer excellent customer service - ‘dealing with queries quickly, smoothly and with a smile.’
This is such a shame as they offer a great selection of bras at competitive prices and a lot of helpful information on the website. I’m afraid I won’t be ordering again any time soon unless they sort out their customer service. It shouldn’t be difficult- just keep the customer informed and don’t ignore their emails!

I didnt recieve all my order.Still a bra short.....

Ordered bikinis 10 days before I am due to go on holiday, paid for next day delivery and I now go on holiday tomorrow and they have not been delivered!!! Absolutely appalling service.

Edit: Passed the 14 days for refund window with Debenhams - still chasing a refund on the two bras that were sent back.

Great selection of bras but they don’t arrive for ages… it’s only after they’ve been repeatedly chased or I’ve put a claim through that something happens.

My first order was through BraForMe and I wouldn’t use again. Frustratingly I have ended up ordering through BraForMe without realising a second time (through Debenhams) and the order I paid to have in 48hours arrived incomplete 18 days later…

Now I have to chase the missing bra and a refund. Wish me luck….

It felt like the bra itself was so comfortable, but I need bras bigger than an L cup and was elated to find this company that do am M. But when I tried the bra on, I just spilled out from every angle horrendously. When put next to the L cup bras that I already had, it was way smaller.
There is NO way these are an M.
(I also had to send a reminder about my refund, but then that was sent the next day I think).

The bra was as expected BUT delivery took over 2 weeks from the date that I placed the order. I needed the bra for a specific occasion but it arrived too late. Very little communication. Not happy. Wouldn't use this company again.
