I searched on line for my favourite bra, Triumph, and there was one available at a good price, so I bought it.
Despatch and delivery was good - satisfied customer.

Easy to order, delivery was prompt. Price was competitive . Bra was comfortable and well made.
Needed to return one bra , refund payment was a bit long to arrive, about 3 weeks, but no problem returning.

Bra is lovely, delivery prompt , price good but the cups are too small. I usually buy Fantasie bras 32 F and thought FF would be ok but unfortunately not . I will stick to fanatasie bras in future.

Good price bras but sadly both had to be returned because fit not good.
But why, oh why, BraForMe do you use Evri as your courier of choice? They lost, then found my package which took 10 days from time of ordering to arrive. Dispatch by BraForMe also took several days.
Definite room for improvement regarding dispatch/delivery!

I was charged £7.99 for next day delivery before 1pm and the order wasn't dispatched for 2 days - I cnnravtwd customer services before the dispatch to say I was going away and they'd miss the delivery deadline I requested so to cancel the order for a full refund including my postage and within 2 hrs the order was dispatched 😔. I've since contacted customer services twice but I'm being ignored! Poor device and poor customer care!

I ordered a bra - delivery took longer than I expected and when it arrived despite it being the same make, size and colour as one I wear the one I received from Bra4Me did not fit. I returned the item within the timescale and had to continually chase my return - only to be advised that Bra4Me alledged that I had worn the bra before returning it for a refund. I was given the opportunity to have the bra returned to me (with me paying the postage) and I emailed - within their deadline - to request this. I heard nothing more. I therefore disputed the transaction with my Bank and have received a refund as Bra4Me did not respond re the dispute process either.
Dreadful customer service - should have noted the reviews before I bought - will never buy from them again

My wife bought a bra, that she really liked the look of. It was good quality, and excellent design.
Unfortunately, it didn't fit as she had wished.
We returned the bra, and requested the same in a slightly different size.
This was an easy process, and the new size bra ticks all the boxes. Thank you.

Won’t be using again, it was a week after I ordered my items that I asked them to cancel my order as they had not been dispatched . I’ll use a company who want to send my items out and have stock in

Stupidly I ignored the reviews and ordered £180 worth of bras. It says that they despatch within 5 days on 48 hour delivery service. I don't live in the UK so needed this order to arrive within a one week timeframe. I ordered 5 days in advance of arrival and notified the company by email of my limited time to accept delivery.
I'm about to leave UK so too late to get my order which has still not been despatched after 8 days. I have emailed the company twice in last few days to notify them of my dilemma but they are not responding.
Would recommend never ordering from a company that doesn't even have a phone number to make contact. Stupidly I have and now regret it.
I now have a battle to get my money refunded (Which of course was taken in full on day of placing the order)
Could all just be a scam even.

Great bras, great price , perfect fit. My only gripe was that dispatch and delivery took longer than advertised will buy more in the future

The bra I ordered was £13 cheaper then everybody else plus free delivery, plus absolutely excellent service and quick delivery and constant updates on the delivery, would definitely order again 10/10
