Great service from BraForMe. Delivery didn’t take too long, it was over a week. I bought 2 Prima Donna Deauville Full Cup Bras in exactly the same size - Venus and White. They are my go to bra and have worn them for approx. 30yrs. However, I must state, this is not the fault of BraForMe, but the manufacturer Prima Donna. But where the Venus fits perfectly and I’m able to tighten if need be after quite a bit of wear, the White is instantly very tight. I wasn’t sure if to return, and request another, but I might find the same problem. I have occasionally found this problem with Prima Donna, which considering how expensive their lingerie is, you don’t expect to find such a difference in the same size bra, albeit different colours.

Ordered 2x bras via Debenhams on 3.8.26. I didn’t realise that Debenhams dealt with BRAFORME otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered!
Weeks later am still waiting for delivery - it was supposed to have arrived last Thursday. On Wednesday night I received an email from Debenhams proudly stating that I would have the goods the next day, they also included a tracking which didn’t work as the tracking number was absent. ? Deliberate - who knows? No goods arrived on Thursday or subsequent days. I have also asked who the courier is and got no response to that question. Therefore, I have no idea where the goods are and who has got them and even if they actually exist.
However, Debenhams did email me the next day asking for a review, so here it is!
I feel they are only paying lip service to customer. Communications are with a bot so the customer is hardly the wiser even after a reply. Debenhams also claim that customers cannot cancel orders straight after ordering even though they don’t take the money for about a week after the order. All in all I say avoid these people like the plague! The stress simply isn’t worth it!

Update 18.8.26. chased order again. No longer in stock! I have asked my money back in full and queried why it took so long to communicate the fact that they were no longer available, this was after I reminded them of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 and my rights as a customer.

Have been offered a refund, but it is not a full refund as they are claiming I returned goods I never received or even saw! Such dishonesty! I cannot believe their gall.

BEWARE. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. I have filled in a contact form and they do not bother to respond to this. I’m going to try and find a telephone number as they do not seem to want you to contact them this way. Very disappointing.

It was quick and easy to do and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordered bikini that didn't fit still waiting on refund this whole process has taken over a month. I have chased it it and they say the refund has been sent but still not received it

Took nearly 4 weeks to receive a refund for a returned bra. They received it on 22/07 and I only received the refund today 15/08 and that was with me chasing it. Although the bra was great quality but unfortunately didnt fit, this has put me off ordering from them again. The bras aren't cheap and having to wait that long for a refund is poor customer service

I love my new bra. I bought one that was lacey and one that was a t-shirt bra. Both great

I bought the Curvy Kate Strapless bra but it was too big for me so I returned it.
I wanted to get it in a smaller size but it took SO LONG to get the refund I basically just gave up. I’m sure that if a company can take your payment from your account immediately it can refund your money just as quickly once it has had the return it doesn’t take 10 plus days to check a bra returned bra for gods sake!!!

The bra didn’t fit and was different in size and fit from the same bra ordered from elsewhere. I returned for a refund. Nearly three weeks later I am still awaiting my refund! Facebook reviews are not visible. Scam suspected! Avoid this company!
