Superior service. Very skilled techs. I had a complete B7 Service for my Mercedes costing about $3K, 69K miles. Struts, Shocks, oil change, and anything in between. My car drives like a new. Huge difference. Thank you so much. This will be my future service location. Howard, and Mark were outstanding in getting my car in and out.

Dax and the techs had my oil change completed in literally 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience at this location. A+!

Brad was exceptional. He figured out my axle problem pretty fast and was able to replace both passenger and drive side very fast. He knows his stuff, and I will be taking all my cars there in the future.

Had an issue with a coupon and an error on my credit card; however, the manager took the necessary steps to make things right. I have to truly say that the BrakesPlus company really cares about customer satisfaction.

I brought my car in for oil change. They were very professional and thorough. They found out the right arm was very bad. Replaced it and they gave me a discount which helps since im retired. I have been going there for years. Won't take my car anyplace other than there. This is the one on Prairie.

I took my 4 runner in for front shocks/struts that Toyota wouldn’t do since they were “specialty” for lifted off roading vehicles. Jeremy the manager accepted the challenge and ordered the special parts and had them installed. Then even offered Christmas cookies to me and my toddler while we waited for our ride to pick us up. They got the job done in a few hours and I was on my way. They have good reviews for a reason!

Stopped in to Brakes Plus in Cheyenne to have a lift gate on my car looked at as it had stopped opening.
Curt and his crew were able to evaluate the issue and resolve the problem quickly. They were courteous and had me back on the road in about 30minuets.

I've had my brakes done there. My oil changed twice and they are wonderful to work with and they do a great job!

I was nicely received and great helped with my car wheel alignment at this store

Remi Gusman-store manager offered me a free alignment check first before deciding to pay for a service or not basing on the testing result.

This way makes a big different from other car service stores that always ask for a signature agreeing to pay soon as entering store.

My car has no problem, but i got frighteningly recomended at dealers where I did the car oilchanges that it is due for wheel alignment. Plus I knew its been more than 6000miles from the last alignment (sometimes just a needed record of alignment on certain milages drive for tire guarantee)

I went in and had a lucky day to meet GENE the great technician guy doing the test, my alignment result is with very small red numbers out of measure. He didnt show it to me but go right ahead doing the correction for me and told me NO CHARGE.

That was so nice of Gene and Remi! They are not only working by heart also kindful for customers
