Came in Saturday 1/7/2026 inquiring about getting my rotors turned and was told that it would be easier and cheaper to do the on axle. I told Brandon (I believe) that I had warrantied brake pads that I would be using. He said they could throw them on at the same time as the rotors were turned but it would be at a higher labor rate. I said several times that it was rotors and pads ALL AROUND, which clearly indicated that it was all four. He said the ‘customer supplied parts’ rate would be $200/ hour and it would only take about a hour. They were busy and had no availability for Saturday but made an appointment for 0815 on Monday morning. I arrived and dropped off the truck and pads for service at 0810. I sat there as the other gentlemen up front told me about an hour was right. At 1030, he came back out and said it would be a little longer because the decided to take the rotors off and we just starting on the rear. I inquired about the time and was told that it was an estimate but I would only be charged for the standard quoted time. An hour later they finished and I was charged over $400. When asked why, I was told it was $200 per AXLE per hour. Despite saying multiple times on Saturday and verifying before the job started that it would only be about an hour and the pricing would be based on the quote, the gentlemen I spoke with on Saturday told me, “Oh no, that price is per axle” you didn’t say it would be all four. I reminded him that on Saturday we discussed doing pads and rotors ALL AROUND because at the price he gave me ($200/hour x 1 hour), it was cheaper than buying 4 new rotors and would be about that same cost as if I pulled them off myself and brought them in to be machined. He had agreed that it definitely made more sense to have someone else do the whole thing (Brakes Plus) for the same cost it would be if I pulled them and replaced pads myself. After reminding him, he said well, “I don’t think that was the case”. And both gentlemen were pretty rude about the whole thing. I would not recommend using Brakes Plus. They have very misleading pricing, did not honor the agreed upon price, and during the almost three hours I sat there waiting for my one hour job, I saw nothing but mediocre (AT BEST) customer service and interactions.

Very knowledgeable manager and technicians. Did a brake inspection at no charge. Found no problems and didn't' charge me. No pressure to buy or fix something. Great service at the Norman, OK store.

Brakes Plus on Country Club consistently delivers excellent service and top-notch customer care. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I always leave confident my vehicle was well taken care of and that I was treated with genuine respect. I also have to shoutout Rocky who was the first person to help me and was so great I ask for him every time we go to the location.

I just lost my job, as a single breadwinner, and was informed by T&T (family owned) services that I needed rear brakes, and suggested full ceramic brake pads. I then called Toyota and they could not put on full ceramic pads stating that would be after market & they offer 1/2 ceramic pads. Toyota recommended "Brakes Plus" I talked to Lori on the phone at Brakes Plus Richardson & she suggested a lifetime warranty on the brake pads (lifetime covers brake pad replacement but not labor cost). I had all 4 pads replaced, rear rotors replaced (resurfacing would make them too thin), & front sway bar links replaced. Scott took care of me! He even through in fog light replacement. Fantastic service thank you Toyota of Sports City for the recommendation!!

Chris and Andy were really friendly polite people. They got repairs done quick and got me on road again asap. The work is incredible I would suggest talking to them and getting a+++ work and forable cost! Thanks to Chris for working so hard and dealing with my card issues thanks for ur help ! Went in friday afternoon and they took care of me quickly. Got my information and then let me know the problem. After looking around the price was pretty good. Trust me i wasnt trying to spend that much but im so grateful we got the problem taken care of.

Had a brake flush after I replaced ABS pump, all I wanted was a brake flush, they went above and beyond and did a complete inspection at no charge, including setting tire pressure. I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I recommend this shop in Pueblo Colorado, will be a return customer if needed, they have more services then just brakes. Thank You!

Howard took care of my car and answered all my questions and called me with a great quote to include a coupon. I said yes to the price and the work to be done and am very happy with the results. I’ve had two separate services done at Brakes Plus on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe, and both experiences were exceptional. First, I had all of my brakes replaced, and the job went perfectly—smooth, professional, and done right the first time.

About three weeks later, I returned for a full suspension rebuild, including rear shocks, front struts, upper and lower control arms, and related front suspension components. The results were outstanding. The Tahoe now drives and handles like when I first purchased the car from the dealership.

I want to specifically recognize CiCi, who went above and beyond to help me through the process. She was knowledgeable, transparent, and worked hard to ensure I received high-quality repairs while also saving money where possible. Her customer service made a big difference.

My oil change was scheduled for 8am, I didn’t get a call until 9am that they were starting. I told them I needed my car by 11am, and at 11:45am my car was still not finished. I never would have expected an 8am oil change to take almost 4 hours.

I went in for an oil change and Armando did a full inspection on our vehicle after we let him know we’re going out of town .Thank you once again. Will definitely be back.

Made an 11am appointment at the Rockwall, TX location to have some work done on my son's truck. They never called for an update and so I called them prior to closing, and they never even got to my son's truck. Surely in a 7-hour window they could have either called or found a way to get to his truck given we had an appointment.

I brought my car in for a brake job. My mechanic Dirk was very professional and helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. The work was done quickly at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.
