I suggest you do your own research and find vendors yourself rather than through Brighte's platform, that way you won't get charged a marked up price. I was told by several vendors that Brighte charge roughly 10% of total install cost to vendor which is obviously oncharged to you as a customer.

When I asked for a 'cash' price it was far cheaper as the vendors didn't need to add on the Brighte merchant fee.

The increased cost is still cheaper than the interest on a 'green loan' over the course of a 5+ year loan though, so I may begrudgingly still use Brighte if I choose to finance the install.

Would be great if they would just be upfront about the fact that vendors clearly pay a 'commission', 'merchant fee' or whatever else you'd like to call it, which is generally passed onto the consumer. They would still be competitive vs other loan providers.

If it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.

Do not trust this disgusting company. They have called and coerced a friend of mine into paying her abusive ex partners debt with them. They have told her someone will come and take down her solar panels that she did not sign up for, as he signed up for them after the break up. This woman is going through some very emotional times and they have made her think it is her debt.

Brighte made it simple and easy for us to increase our solar power without having to outlay a lot of cash up front. The terms are very fair and reasonable and we will still save money while it is being paid off through the solar feed back system over a 5 year period.

I was very disappointed in the first installer crew but very happy with the second crew. To this day I have not noticed any change in my skin or hair dryness which is disappointing seeing when the test was done on my water the guy said my skin would not be absorbing as much calcium. Yet to see results
