Don't fall for the ads __ The Titan Dekuxe 8 cm topper is too soft even on a firm mattress

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service.

Before using the Titan Mattress topper, I washed the cover in a washing machine at only 20°C, following the washing instructions on the care label. I then air-dried it naturally in the sun and did not use a tumble dryer.

After it was completely dry, I found that the zip had split open and the cover had shrunk severely. Once fitted over the foam, the topper became badly distorted, with both sides curling upwards like a boat, and it could no longer lie flat or be used properly.

I contacted customer service the following day to explain what had happened and requested a full refund. However, my request was refused simply because the cover had been washed. What I find particularly disappointing is that the care label clearly states that the topper cover can be machine washed at up to 40°C. I washed it at only 20°C, so I did not breach the washing instructions.

As a customer, I would reasonably expect a product to remain usable after following the manufacturer’s own care instructions. I never expected the cover to shrink so severely after a normal machine wash that it could no longer fit the topper properly. If the cover cannot withstand machine washing without such severe shrinkage, this should be clearly stated on the care label instead of indicating that it is machine washable up to 40°C.

I have always been very supportive of family businesses, because I believe they should understand the importance of treating customers with care and providing good service. In my view, a family business should be even more aware of what customers need and how they would expect to be treated — after all, business owners are consumers too.

Unfortunately, in my experience, when I raised a genuine product concern, my actual problem was not properly addressed. Instead, my refund request was dismissed based on the fact that the cover had been washed, despite the fact that I had followed the care label.

I would absolutely not recommend this supplier of Brightr Sleep. Both the product quality and the after-sales service have been extremely disappointing, and this experience has completely undermined my confidence in the brand.

Sadly I cant comment on the mattress I ordered because the first delivery never came. Be warned any freebies are not free if you end up not having the mattress. You have to pay full price. Lots of emails unanswered only Online A1. No one to talk to. The bank helped me reclaim my refund. The company were Very unhelpful! Be very careful using this Company.

Prompt delivery and so far, so good! While we were surprised to find that the topper is mostly made of convoluted foam given the premium price point, the addition of a free Luma Pillow was a fantastic bonus. Overall, we are really happy with our purchase so far and pleased with the experience.

I bought the LUNA and I am happy with it soft but supportive I normally only sleep with one pillow and find this a perfect height for me

Great product, only let down by the poor delivery experience

Really quick delivery and the body pillow was fantastic - my back and hips are already starting to feel less sore and I am sleeping so much better. If you're on the fence about getting one then let this be a sign that you should! Great company, great price, just brilliant! There are so many options out there, but this is the company to choose.
