Really quick delivery and the body pillow was fantastic - my back and hips are already starting to feel less sore and I am sleeping so much better. If you're on the fence about getting one then let this be a sign that you should! Great company, great price, just brilliant! There are so many options out there, but this is the company to choose.

Pillow is great, love how you can remove little or a lot to you comfort.

We fully intended to buy a new mattress as we were both having a few problems with our backs and hips. I saw the advert for BrightR toppers and decided that was the perfect alternative. We ordered a king size Aurora Deluxe topper (8 cm )
We tried both sides now the medium and the firmer. I can’t tell the difference tbh, but we both can honestly say, we are sleeping so well and have had no hip pain whatsoever after 2 weeks of usage. My back is still a bit stiff on a morning, but my hubby is fine. An added bonus were two amazing pillows f.o.c.

Replacement mattress topper sent almost instantly when I complained and service was excelllent.

I would have given you five stars, but because of the quiz that I took it has given me the incorrect topper I should’ve had the medium firm but because it’s going to take so long put it back fighting it to put in a bag to send back to you and then to get another one back I’m not sure if I can be bothered to be honest I have tried it for I think four days now three on the medium and one on the soft I don’t like the soft I would prefer it to be firmer than the medium so but I’m not sure what to do to be honest I’m 64 on the last four weeks I’ve had flu and I really can’t be bothered to do anything at the minute however the delivery of it was really quick. I just wish someone would’ve mentioned that I could use it within 24 hours because I waited three days the pillow is fantastic.

Our mattress topper arrived very promptly. It was easy to attach to the mattress with the elasticated straps. In terms of quality we are very pleased, as it has transformed our old mattress, and the bed is now super comfortable. We have put the topper firm side up, which is just perfect as it is very supportive without being hard.

The product is fantastic, finally no back pain

Very disappointing experience with Brightr Sleep. The return process is very long, and you have to pay for the return yourself. I returned my item as instructed, but despite being told my refund had been processed, I still haven’t received it. I had to contact the bank to make a dispute. After that I received my refund. Customer service has been slow to respond, and my latest email was ignored. So much of my time wasted with the return.. Very poor experience — I would not recommend this company.

Excellent product and quick delivery. Completely transformed our bed into a comfortable place to be. The issue we had was our pillow top matress dipped although it was high quality and only two years old. This matress topper is brilliant, firm but not hard and gives us excellent sleep without feeling like we’re submerged. Highly recommended , might feel expensive but worth every penny and saved us buying a new matress.

Probably should have listened to the reviews better - don't believe the '100 days trial' scam. Topper is insanely flimsy and useless, and in order to return you have to figure out your own shipping. It's a mattress topper! It's huge! Simply no way to return and refund easily, which they likely avoid purposefully as the product is so bad. Don't get lurred in by pricing, I wish I'd stuck with other brands I've trusted in the past. Go to simba!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service from this company. Pillows arrived vacuum packed and length measures 70cm when advertised length is 80cm. Customer services seem to think allowing them to plump up will magically extend the length by 10cm because they are adamant you measure incorporating the curve. This is ridiculous as the extra height this would require would then make them unusable. Additionally, one of the pillows was stained and in my email communication they stated this doesn’t count as “faulty” so I would have to pay for returns?! In what world is a stain not a fault? Their customer service is incredibly infuriating and they are adamant that I have to pay to return despite the fact the product description is misleading and one of the items arrived stained. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your mental health.

Regarding the company response: I have stated multiple times that allowing the pillow to fully expand will not change the misleading description. It will also make it much harder for me to repack to return it. YET AGAIN they have completely ignored the fact one of them is stained!! I have given in and had to pay to return them because I cannot bear to communicate with this company any longer. Whilst I didn’t measure fully plumped up it was clear from the amount they had increased that they did not reach 80cm in length. At no point on the webpage did it state HOW the pillows were measured. Maybe everyone else knows this magic way of measuring pillows but as far as I am concerned the length is the flat measurement and does not incorporate a curve.

It hasn’t relieved my problem as I was discharged from hospital with Bronchiectasis and hoped it would improve my sleep I tried it for about four days with the mattress cover and obviously the bottom fitted sheet but unfortunately the strong chemical smell from the mattress made my chest/cough worse. At the moment I have it standing on the landing hoping the smell will improve but todate it hasn’t, very disappointing.

I'm a side sleeper and it has given me relief from hip pain. Hubby's a back sleeper and he is enjoying the comfort too.
