I was making a booking at "the last minute" and was very impressed by the response of the gentleman who took the call and sorted out everything for me.

The tour I chose which included Highgrove House which was unfortunately cx and I was so disappointed. However, this one I chose as an alternative more than mad up for it, wonderful. I walk with two crutches but was able to manage all the gardens and I was really well looked after by Julia and the driver. Going on a specialist small tour makes it all very friendly and I enjoyed it immensely. The pick up point was perfect as well as I could fly into Gatwick from the Isle of Man and stay in the pick up Hotel.

Mary was excellent and very helpful. It was stressful not knowing if we would make our flight back to Ireland from Bristol on Monday 29th. Hotel was average but clean and quiet. Food was not good. Tour itself was great and I loved all the gardens.

I loved the trip. Scotland was beautiful and I enjoyed visiting the gardens as well as the castles. The London portion of trip was spectacular. Visiting the premier English gardens was amazing. The highlight was a special tour of Munstead Woods. This was my 4th Brightwaters trip and I hope to do more in the future!

Excellent holiday as always with helpful, knowledgeable tour guide and driver. A good hotel, too, which made a real effort to produce decent vegetarian meals - quite unusual. The abbey and castles visited were all of remarkable interest.

I found the young woman travel agent helpful, could answer all my questions and having never booked a holiday on line or by telephone before or travelled with this company she gave me confidence in the travel company. Assured me That the guide would be informative about the gardens we are visiting

The main point of the holiday was to visit beautiful gardens. They were great and we thoroughly enjoyed them. However, there seemed to be a lot of uncertainty in the day to day schedule and changes from the original plans.
The Mercure Tunbridge Wells was not so good. The breakfasts were very good. The evening meals were satisfactory, but the service was slow at times. The worst feature was the inability to cope with the hot weather. There was no air conditioning and the fans provided were feeble. In addition, our shower did not work and could not be fixed - pretty dire in the hot weather. Thank goodness the coach was air conditioned.
The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Comfortable coach great driver who stayed involved with the group throughout the week and frequently supported me with my disability the planning and management of this holiday was not easy of straightforward but all went smoothly. Another successfuladventure with Brightwater

Best organized trip I have ever been on. The guide was so fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I was expecting a garden tour with expert led commentary. I admit I should have read the fine print more closely.

The gardens were great Sue Pomeroy was an outstanding. The vehicle was clean and driver obliging.
I downgraded the experience because of the location of the hotels, which entailed unnecessary long drives. The location of the hotel itself including the restaurant staff was particularly poor in Devon

excellent quide and programme but tired lackluster hotel

Total lack of timely information provided regarding this trip. I was not EVER told it was a confirmed departure, never provided with the hotel names or locations until 10 days before departure. As well, the outgoing flight details with which I needed to connect was not provided until I requested them and it was very close to the departure. I did not know that we were flying from Gatwick, as I had assumed Heathrow. My connecting flights were markedly more expensive than they should have been due to my late booking. This is my second trip where the tour manager was not provided, despite when booking, it says they are to accompany us. The itinerary was changed with no notice, and the group size was too small. I believe this tour should have been cancelled.
