Fantastic service, the movers were really professional and everything arrive in one peice. This is the third time my family has used this company. I think that says it all.

Service was so great the first time around we used Britannia to move our last stuff over to France. Big shout out to Hayden and Tony for another sterling job! Thanks guys and to all at Britannia. A bientot.

A professional and extremely efficient team who knew their job and got on with it whilst at the same time were courteous, approachable and respectful of our belongings, large or small. I have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Lanes to anyone and would certainly use them again. From the first phone call and subsequent visit for a quotation to the last item being safely delivered this company outshone any that I have previously used and at a very competitive price. Britannia Lanes Exeter have been fantastic from day one! Not having used self-storage before I had plenty of questions. The onsite staff gave me a tour of the premises and were happy to help with all my queries. The customer care here is excellent (and highly friendly + welcoming, it's a joy to visit my unit and say 'hello' to Robert Parr and the team). The cost of storage here was good compared to other local facilities and I am happy with the facility - the lifts are always working, plenty of trollies to move my things, always been able to park, clean and tidy plus my unit was cleaned before I arrived, good toilets on site + amazing views of the city from 2nd floor upwards :) Honestly, I can't find fault! I was recommended Britannia Lanes Exeter via a colleague and I have now recommended to a friend who has a unit and is equally happy :D

We used Britannia Lanes for our recent house move. The whole process was easy and smooth - from the initial video call to get a quote to the move. We then had a call from our solicitors to say we could move earlier than we thought and they were still able to accommodate us.

On move day Tony and Leighton were both helpful and friendly, arrived on time and I was amazed how quickly they loaded our house onto their van.

They waited whilst we got our new keys and also unpacked the van carefully especially with some of our awkward furniture and small doors!

Very helpful and polite. Everything was packed up for us the day before we moved out. We left Adrian and Tony to finish loading and close the house up as we had a long journey to our new home. The next day when they arrived to unload the boxes were put into the relevant rooms and furniture placed where we wanted it to go.
Unpacking was easy and no breakages (we had enough paper to start an art lesson) We could not have wished for a more stress free move thanks to Adrian and tony.

The guys at Britannia Lanes were professional, friendly and courteous throughout the whole moving day. Great job!

The Removal Men were fantastic, helpful and very understanding of an old Lady who found the experience a bit daunting.

This is the 4th time we have used Britannia Lanes for removals and storing our home. Nothing is too much trouble, from the administrative side to the removals. Storage space is adequate for my requirements and costs are reasonable. Entrance, stairs, lift and corridors always clean and well maintained. Security is good. On rare occasions when I have needed to talk to staff, they have been both helpful, polite and considerate.

Excellent storage facilities. Clean, well-lit, secure access 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for?

Recently, we hired a Luton van from Britannia and from start to finish the whole process was great, coupled with really great customer service.
Prior to picking the van up I received an e-mail informing me of the information they required to hire the vehicle, and I was able to e-mail said information across the day before which made the process of collecting the vehicle both easier and quicker. Very impressed with the whole service.

The company were very helpful in changing our booking to a week later when this was needed. The removal men were friendly, polite, and did a professional job. All our possessions were well looked after. We would certainly use this firm again and recommend it to people.

Caring, thorough, through a difficult family move to multiple destinations Thank you

A nightmare at the beginning. The packing team on the first day did a terrible job, Most boxes were labelled Misc! Items were so badly packed. Canvas oil painting wasnt wrapped in anything other than sheets of paper. Hats squashed into boxes, leather and suede handbags and boots not wrapped and squashed against other items in boxes. Large kitchen/chef knives not wrapped properly and loose in sheets of paper in the box! Lamp shade mixed in a box with general contents of a drawer. All for over £5k worth of a 3 bed packing!!!
I have been in touch with the company after the first day to the end of our unpacking and have been offered a revolting £45 back!

We had a local move, with all packing by the company. These are not the cheapest local company but the job was completed on time, over two days. Always cheerful but busy. Included an extra drop-off without any hassle.
You immediately know you are dealing with professionals, who have done it all before, but they let you feel in charge.
