Very professional and friendly staff.
Worked very hard to get the job done,nothing ever too much,went the extra mile if needed.
Most people find moving house stressful but these guys took most of that stress away and made it a pleasure.
I cannot thank them enough and would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I received an exceptionally professional and timely service from this removal company, right from the initial contact to the completion of the move. Surprisingly, their rates were significantly more affordable compared to some of the smaller removal companies in the market. The entire process was managed with remarkable efficiency, and I was particularly impressed with the dedication and diligence of the removal team, consisting of Billy, Dan, and Ade. They went above and beyond, ensuring a smooth and damage-free move.

We had a completely stressfree move from our property and again 5 weeks later into our new property. The guys were polite, efficient and helpful and worked really well as a team. We were definitely in capable hands. Wouldn't use anyother company to move.

We just used Britannia Lanes to move house and it was a great experience. From the initial communications with Millie in the office, through the survey and to the move itself. They loaded the lorry the day before and collected the final few essentials the following morning for the move to the new home. Amazing organization from everyone. The guys working on the trucks were so quick and efficient. Every one of them was polite, friendly and hard working. Can't fault anyone or anything about the service. A shout out to Billy, Leighton, Haydon, Tony H and Josh A, you guys were outstanding!!

The staff were incredibly courteous. We moved on a ridiculously hot day and they worked very hard in such heat. Everything went to plan and smoothly. A special thank you to Wiki in the office, who took my incessant calls checking dates awaiting our exchange!

Excellent workmanship, removals job VERY WELL DONE

Recently used Britannia Lanes to pack up my house and put into storage. The Guys were brilliant, hardworking, and friendly. Looking forward to when storage items are moved into new house. Would definitely recommend.

Removal personnel arrived promptly, both for loading and unloading.
Removal personnel were polite, helpful, experienced and carried out the removal promptly and with care and consideration. Dealt with any access problems e.g. parked cars.

Quality service - the team were great, friendly and professional - the move was seamless and I would thoroughly recommend. I am sure you could get cheaper quotes but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The removal company arrived on the days and at the times that they said they would. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. There was no damage to any of our furniture and belongings.

I made a last minute booking with Britannia Lanes of Devon when another company was no longer able to complete my move into storage. The office staff were helpful getting everything set up so quickly and the movers themselves were quick and efficient on the packing day and moving out day.

Friendly, professional & helpful staff

Our move was over a Thursday and a Friday, they were a nice bunch of lads, but they were very keen to finish early on Friday. Felt like this meant that they were pretty slapdash. The end result was that washing machine front panel was scratched, wallpaper in the hallway was damaged, dents made in the walls, random items left behind. Not great. I felt that there should have been someone in overall charge, who came to check how the move had gone. Feels like a very sales orientated organisation, don’t really care after the sale has been done.

The two removal staff were efficient and worked competently with appropriate humour. The removal period extended over a weekend and public holiday but their planning was effective and allowed everything to be completed within the time-range.

Very positive experience with Britannia Lanes in Devon. We used their packing & Moving service and we can’t praise them enough. All the staff were polite, respectful & nothing was too much trouble they were all very happy to help which made such a difference. We would definitely recommend their service it was outstanding from start to finish.

Not the cheapest quote but from the beginning Britannia were very professional.
When we finally exchanged, completed and moved in a rush they sent several men and the job was completed very successfully.
As for the men loading and unloading they were a pleasure. They were quiet, hardworking and thorough. They couldn’t have been more obliging.
