Broadway Auto Transport Reviews

Picked up same day I called in TX dropped off the next in MS. Kept me up to date the entire time. Brian did a great job

We had 2 vehicles transported from Florida to Massachusetts.

Your company is the BEST great job in picking up the car .12

This company is deceitful. I wish I could post screenshots of my written exchange with the company to display just how insanely horrible the process has been with them. They write me at a rate of $3375 to transport 2 trucks & 3 atvs, a week in advance. They tell me they have plenty of drivers, "no problem" for my shipment date. My husband flew out to Idaho so that ge could be there for pick up. My shipping date (today) dec 18th, they are telling me how great a deal they have for me at $4500, to book a driver. WHAT??? I shipped 4 full sized (2 SUVs and 2 midsized) automobiles 3-4 weeks prior for $4400. Why on earth would I ever ship ATVs at the same rate. They ship for $300-$600 bucks.

When I told them to delete my order, they threatened me with a $200 cancelation fee, because "you signed a contract" I explained, contracts become void when the company doesn't honor their end. So I caution everyone shipping. Don't use this company nor any company asking for a reservation fee prior to pick up of your automobiles.

Bad Experience
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We signed the contract with an agreed upon price, sent the $200 deposit, and then Henry told us we would need to pay a driver twice the amount on the contract. After telling him no, he and his manager bombarded us with calls and texts, even to go so far as to say he would lose his job if we did not go through with the car transport. On top of all of this, he asked me to have my father call him because "men understand these things better than women"... disgusting.

James was awesome to work with and helped me in a time crunch get my car to Colorado from California. In less time than anticipated at that! The company was great to work with and communication was on point. Thanks again!

As a dispatcher, working with James from Broadway Auto Transport has been great, he is an excellent and fair negotiator. Their professionalism and experience in transporting vehicles are excellent. James consistently delivers exceptional service, making our collaboration seamless and clients incredibly happy. He is a reliable partner in the transport sector and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable broker, I hope to work with him again whenever possible

Everything was fine! Pleasure to work with you! Thank you

After searching and researching several companies to ship my ‘97 SL 500 from IN to FL, I chose Broadway….Charlie was very thorough, and explained the process in detail, and worked painlessly to locate a credible carrier. And they quoted me an exact price, no dickering…
The only issue I had was I paid for a 2 vehicle enclosed trailer, but when it arrived, it was a six vehicle. I was told that there were problems with the two v…the driver was great… picked up/ delivered on time.

We've had the privilege of partnering with Henry for years, and his professionalism stands out. Broadway Auto Transport's reputation for reliable, secure car transport is a testament to his leadership. Jack's commitment to both customers and carriers is commendable.

Excellent service and communication from the pick up in Los Angeles to the Delivery in Santa Rosa.
