We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We can ship one today and have it delivered on Monday.
I explained to the recipient it would be there Monday and apologized.
Follow up to find it was never delivered and looked like an idiot to this professional. I again contacted them to get this response the 26th.

What a disappointment! And when I call in all I get is a customer support lady, not in the USA. She doesn't deserve the brunt of my anger. Unclear if this company is going to compensate me for their failings. It's not about the money, it's about trusting a company which promised to get the gift baskets delivered before Christmas and failed miserably! Nuff said.

Ordered a chocolate gift basket. I received pretzels , popcorn, cookies you drive over and wouldn't break , mixed salted nuts. NOT a SINGLE piece of chocolate to be found . All told what I received could be purchased at the grocery store for 8 bucks. Severely disappointed amd disgusted with this company. Customer service was zero help . I tossed everything I received in the garbage . Lesson learned . Do not use this company for anything.

We rec'd a BB gift basket for Christmas, and the main feedback of all that tried it was "nasty." Seriously, do not waste your money on this company. Even things like caramel corn, which we all love, we threw away because it just doesn't taste good. You know it's bad when twenty-something, sugar-loving guys who eat EVERYTHING wouldn't eat any of the offerings in this gift basket once they tried a bite.

Two baskets ordered for delivery to two different addresses on Dec 31 as New Year's gifts to my daughters. Neither was delivered. Broadway Basketeers blames UPS. Bull. I've shipped and received dozens and dozens of packages with UPS thought out the holidays with zero problems. I will never trust Broadway Basketeers again.

Ordered on Monday Feb 19. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It’s now Friday has not arrived. Tried calling and they close at 2pm on Fridays. What else but 1 star? Do not order from this company. Must be a mom and pop operation. Need my 111 dollars returned. Find another company to send a condolence gift for a death in family. These people FAILED.

Ordered plenty in advance for a gift to be delivered on October 17th for my mother's 80th birthday. The item did not arrive until late in the evening on October 18th. Customer support (email only) blamed it on UPS and said they would 'talk internally about how to improve processes.' That didn't help me at all. Customer service was supposed to give me a personal call - they never did. They only refunded the shipping fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need your gift to arrive on a certain date. Poor customer service. Why have specific delivery dates if you can't guarantee arrival???? Will NEVER use this company again. Beware.

Very poor service. I selected a delivery date on purchasing. They switched it, without notice, to a week later. Then just denied it via their "customer service" chat. Also BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the real reviews on Amazon before I trusted them wit $130.

I received this basket as an Aniversary/Valentine’s Day gift and THEY SENT THE WRONG BASKET! To make matters worse, they sent a basket with HALF OF THE FOODS IM ALLERGIC TO! Oh and the cute note he sent was printed on the invoice which was on the outside of box where you cut to open, so the note got all ripped up. This company is a joke and I would never order from them after receiving a gift like this. My boyfriend was extremely upset since we are long distance and had a hard time getting in contact with the company to get a refund because they messed up completely. If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would! BUYERS BEWARE

We ordered the large fruit basket which included a potted flowering plant and a candy and nut plate. Ordering was easy and the candy and nut plate was nice and delivered by Broadway Basketeer arrived on time. The fruit and flower basket which cost significantly more was not delivered and after complaining 2x, finally delivered but the fruit was not good quality and the basket was flimsy. Would not order from them again.
