chocolate arrived melted....was told a replacement dried fruit would be sent but it never was. after contacting them a second time i receieved a credit

I sent a gift to a relative for offering me a nice place to stay while attending my Grandma's funeral. I'm vegan so I try to send vegan gifts when possible. I didn't see the gift but heard no complaints.

They delivered a cheap bottle of wine instead of the upgrade that I paid for. Then, I look bad for sending that person a cheap bottle of wine. When I called to complain, they did not try to make things right, they only offered me a refund for the difference in price of the more expensive wine, and they did not acknowledge the mistake that it was not about the difference in price but rather that the person receiving the cheap wine did not feel important, which is the point of the gift. They were not pleasant or corteous on the phone either.
