WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Ordered items for my father's birthday, added on a cake, and writing on cake as it is a special event! Order confirmation had everything on it including the cake, so did the shipping confirmation. When the cake did not arrive, i was simply told, oops its a glitch in the system, but hey why dont you jump to the sky that you were not charged for it. After explaining that it was for a special event, leaving me with no cake not.. nothing, not even a proper apology or try to make a cake delivery at a later time to try and rectify. I have never encountered such ignorance towards customers, this is probably why you dont answer calls or call back - just stick to emails since you ruin peoples' special days not enhance them. DONT order from them, stick to the original Man crates in the USA, they ship to canada, have better product and much better customer service!

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT give them your money! I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a craft beer flight for my father for Father’s Day. It was supposed to come with a beer flight board, 4 different beer glasses, and 6 variety craft beers, per their photos, and product description. In addition, I was able to add more beers, so I chose a variety pack of 4 by Nickel Brewing. You can also add other items, so I added some specific beer cheeses. Please see the photos I’ve attached as reference for my order. Everything I selected came with a specific additional cost. I spent $105 on this gift. Fast forward to what my father received. They sent him a plain cutting board, not a beer flight board. They sent 4 Pilsner glasses, not 4 different beer glasses as advertised. They sent a 6-pack of Stella Artois and a 4-pack of some crap IPA. None of it was craft beer, none of it was varied like I paid for. Oh, and it gets better, OR WORSE. Instead of the expensive beer cheese I picked out, one being a raspberry tart ale, and the other a Porter cheddar, THEY SENT HIM “PASTEURIZED PROCESSED CHEESE SPREAD.” That’s LITERALLY what it’s labeled as. Are you freaking kidding me?! I thought, surely there was a mix up. I call the company, they don’t even call me back. I get an email from someone named Preetika. There’s no company information in the email, nor the email address it was sent from. I think, major red flag. But he/she had the order number so I continued correspondence. They refuse to take any responsibility for what was sent. Instead they blame me, as I accepted their terms of use, stating that substitutions can be made. I’ve ordered from many a company that have these terms, yet they don’t SCREW YOU OVER. This was NOT a substitution. This was a JOKE. NONE of it was what I ordered. I understand substitutions. But this company is literally trying to tell me they ran out of EVERYTHING?! And that I deserve NO COMMUNICATION for that?! I also requested to speak to a manager, or someone higher in the company, and I was told, nope. So, attached please find the photos of what I ordered, what my father received, and screenshots of their disgusting lack of care for their customers. I hope this company goes under FAST. They are shady scammers, with no respect for others. DON’T make the same mistake I did. I feel like an absolute idiot and am so sad my dad didn’t receive the gift he should’ve gotten. Instead it looks like I ordered him a gift off WISH or from the clearance aisle at the Circle K. Absolutely ridiculous.

Scam. Do not order from them. They will take your money and proceed to send you a completely different order that is much lower in value and not at all what you had ordered. Then their "costumer service" refers to their fine print saying they are allowed to substitute your items. Would have better luck getting what you ordered with Wish.

My latest Brocrates order was terrible. The shipping expectation was fraught with delays and excuses=the birthday basket was delivered at 10:33pm

The contents were not what was ordered nor was it of equal value.

My complaint was network excuses and "fine print " refusing to make it right or give 1 cent of refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I Ordered the complete flight set and subscribed to their beer club for 3 months as a present to my fiancé. Shipment was very fast. However, once received I did not get any of the four distinct beer glasses as described instead I got a double walled glass with the shape of an upside corona bottle inside that has very little room for beer and I got 4 of those. For the flight board itself it also not as the photo, it just a flat cutting board no spots or hole for the beer glasses which was very disappointing. When I emailed them to enquire about what happened and if I could get the 4 glasses as described this was their response “By placing an order you accepted our terms and conditions, and thus agreed that the order may consist of products that differ from the original product description. Furthermore, you agreed that you are not entitled to refunds or compensation under such circumstances, as per our refund policies: "NOT AS DESCRIBED & SUBSTITUTIONS - Where a package is 'not as described on our website' and/or we have substituted item(s) in a gift/gift basket that are in compliance with our 'substitution policy'.”
Imagine ordering something and they substituted the whole continents of your order and then saying ya sorry it happens and you’re not entitled to anything.
You would think they would substitute maybe 1 or 2 items but to substitute the whole order was shocking. I also want to note that for their beer club they also advertise 4 of a kind beers and I got two of the same! Same yourself a headache and don’t order this. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Wish I read the reviews on trustpilot before ordering.

Ordered a custom brocrate for my ex-husband for Christmas. I ordered a medium brocrate with a bottle of whiskey and some beer. What I received was a bottle of whiskey and two whiskey glasses, one of which was broken when we opened it. I received none of the beer I ordered. I paid $115 for a 750ml bottle of Chivas Regal 12yr and one glass. I reached out to customer service via email and was offered a refund for the shattered glass only. This experience was very pricey as I looked online to see how much a bottle and two glasses cost and would have been better off making my own crate.

100% DO NOT BUY! Zero communication. Sent emails and many phone messages within a two week period and no responses absolutely disgusting customer service.

My order was broken unwrapped and missing items. Tried to contact them on multiple platforms and occasions. No one reached out to me to correct the problem..i will never order from there again.

Horrible experience with Brocrates. They sent the cheapest item in the order and none of the expensive items. PayPal is refusing our case saying that Brocrates provided a tracking number, so we must have received the items. Apparently, paypal cant be trusted either.

They didn’t send the hard apple cider. They sent nothing I ordered. They didn’t notify me that they didn’t have the items. They sent cheaper items. They didn’t issue a refund or to send the correct items. Do not buy from them!!!

I reviewed on their page but they don’t publish bad reviews. I ordered a bbq crate. In my case it was nicely presented and arrived on time. I got some substitutions but I assume it can happen. However, we tried the skewers from the bbq set (on the bbq, because it is what they are supposed to go), and some piece inside MELTED. I contacted customer service first and they said there was nothing they could do.

Zero stars if I could - company is a scam! Do not trust - not worth your energy / money or time! Check out more reputable companies!

Ordered the "KICKSTART YOUR MORNING ROUTINE BROCRATE" what he was received was so crap and not even worth the amount I paid. He got some crappy candy, expired jerky, Jar of Vaseline, a teddy bear, some cheap moisturizer, cheap $1 mug and tea. Paid for it to be delivered by x date it arrived 2 weeks late. Absolute scam company, you will not receive what you think you are ordering they will replace products with cheap crap and in my case it wasnt even "substitute" as mine was meant to be mainly beard care products...expired food and teddy bears are not substitute for that. PLEASE DONT FUND THIS SCAM ARTIST!!

My sister found Brocrates online and purchased the Ultimate Tequila Brocrate, which is supposed to include "tequila, chips, glasses, hot sauce, and margarita mix" in a crate. What I received was an Easter basket full of straw with very stale chips (who's "Best By" date was over two months old), one glass mug, and a small bottle of hot sauce. The next day I received a bottle of Exotica (?) silver tequila. No mix & no crate. I wrote them after tasting the stale chips and didn't hear back. After receiving the tequila, I realized that my sister got ripped off by Brocrates for $127 (including shipping) and I wrote them requesting a full refund and an RA# to return the items I received as I had no desire to keep any of these items. They haven't responded to my emails and their phone lines don't pick up. So I'm left feeling that this "company" is a sham and they have no interest in trying to please a customer. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL GET BURNED!

THIS IS A SCAM !!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My sister gifted me the $79 "Ultimate Guinness Lover Gift Crate”, which is advertised to include 6 beers and 4 Guinness-branded items in a nice wooden crate, including a Guinness-branded glass & pewter stein, growler, playing cards, and cork coasters. Instead, the box contained the beer, along with a BROKEN TIN BUCKET (no wooden crate), NO PLAYING CARDS, NO STEIN, AND NO GROWLER! As a "substitute" item they're claiming was "of equal or higher value", they included two tiny (6oz) generic glass COFFEE mugs that aren't suitable for beer, with no Guinness branding whatsoever. One of the two coffee mugs was shattered, and there was glass covering the beer bottles. She also opted for the "gourmet" food option for an additional $20, choosing pretzels, nuts, and mustards. Instead, we got a single 1.25oz pouch of turkey jerky ! Reached out to the company about the missing and broken items, and was denied any resolution. I followed up via phone and email, and have yet to receive any reply. I will now go out of my way to get my sister's money back and help make sure other consumers don't get scammed like me did. I will also report them to the consumer protection agencies, and am now investigating legal action.

horrible experience, the product arrived late, the beers were all from one brewery, I was unexpectedly charged shipping on top of the over priced fees, Would never do this again and would NOT recommend to anyone

Missing items that were paid for when sent
Cheaper substitutes made in some cases, nothing at all in others (e.g. missing bottle of Jack Daniels)
Then took almost a month to get a redelivery of the missing bottle, only to get a different bottle and have it sent to the wrong address

Absolutely useless company.
