my order arrived earlier than expected, my exchange was easy and also quick. The customer support was also prompt and professional. I will definitly be ordering again.

Ok I had to do a exchange because the leggings I had ordered in a X-SMALL the first time were way to small. So had to EMAIL the company to do a exchange for a bigger SIZE plus I had to let them know my waist & hip size so I made sure I got the right size. So I went with a size MEDIUM & had to wait for them to get back to me because
It takes a lot of time in-between for them to get back to you. I also had to reach out to them to get this exchange going since they said it was approved but I hadn't heard from them when my stuff would be going out. Finally they EMAILED me saying my exchange was done & my leggings in MEDIUM where on their way on September 23, 2026 & I had received the leggings on September 26, 2026 thru the delivery service company they use. I opened the both leggings and tried them on and saw that they were defective. The dye coloring was bad I had some dark lines on them in places & I'm thinking to my self I paid a lot for these and they look like this. Really disappointed 😞. This is why I don't plan on ordering clothes on line ever again, because of things like this. You can't get anyone on a phone, you have to go thru EMAIL & wait for someone to eventually get back to you & then wait days for them to approve a EXCHANGE OR RETURN. ITS A HEADACHE, plus you don't even know what your going to get cause they send you these defective clothes. Save your money & if you going to buy clothes of any kind go to the STORES IN PERSON TO BUY THEM CAUSE THIS WAY YOU CAN TRY THEM ON AND SEE WHAT YOUR ACTUALLY GETTING & THE CONDITION OF THE CLOTHES. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF CLOTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE HASSLE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO EXCHANGE THEM & THEY SEND YOU CLOTHES THATS MESSED UP. THAT IN MY BOOK IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THESE LEGGINGS.

I purchased 1 pair of leggings and 1 pair of biker shorts and they are phenomenal! They definitely lift the booty, and they do not roll down! I will certainly buy more items from this store in the future!

I really wanted to love these leggings because I’ve ordered about five pairs from this brand in the past, and they were AMAZING. The stretch was great, they were comfortable, and I had absolutely no complaints.

Unfortunately, my most recent order was completely different. The leggings are noticeably thicker and have significantly less stretch. I compared the fabric content to my previous orders, and the spandex percentage has dropped from around 10–15% to about 5%. That may not sound like a huge difference, but it makes a BIG difference in the way the leggings fit, stretch, and feel.

It honestly seems like the brand may have changed vendors or manufacturers, and unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I ended up returning everything from my most recent order.

I will say that customer service was accommodating once I was able to show that the fabric composition and quality had changed. They provided me with a free return shipping label, which I appreciated.

It’s just unfortunate because I genuinely loved this brand and was planning to continue purchasing from them. But if they continue using the new vendor and the leggings remain this thick with significantly less stretch, I don’t see myself purchasing them again. I hope they reconsider because the quality of the original leggings was SO much better.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they are sending the right size and letting me keep the other item.

Love that my order was delivered to me within days! I was so excited to receive it. The material is so comforting and I love the way it shapes the body without discomfort and squeezing. I also appreciate the adjustable straps. The designs are so cute and really helps build confidence.

I ordered a pair of leggings, the large was too big. I contacted customer service and was instructed of how to do my return. Hassle free. I’m excited for my medium to arrive. I plan on ordering more leggings and tops.

My exchange was fast and easy. But most importantly the quality of my leggings is top notch! Delivery was fast too, I’m super satisfied and I will continue buying from them.

Excellent product. Fit true to size and is a beautiful color. The material is of high quality grade and feels good on the skin.

Shipping could be slightly be faster but wasn't ridiculously long.

Customer service is great. I wore my leggings three times and they ripped on the seam. I wrote them and they immediately responded and resolved the issue with sending me a new pair!!!

Love love love these leggings great customer service as well always so polite and helpful. Love how these leggings suck my gut in lol lol will keep buying. I just hope their clothes don’t change in the future like some companies do.

My order took over two weeks to send out and when I contacted them about it they told me my items were out or stock but would be restocked soon. I should have been told that rather than waiting in a shipping confirmation from them. Took them two weeks to send out my biker shorts.

I will say, the biker shorts are amazing and fit very well. I want to do business with them again but my first experience makes me hesitant, which is very unfortunate.

I ordered because the company had such great reviews. However, when sending back the items that were not at all accommodating. I have recently had surgery and was looking for a certain kind of bra which did not work. I needed to send them back and NONE of the options are to get a full refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE! They also took an extended period of time to answer emails when I only have 30 days to return and still not get ALL my money back!

Delivery was in the time that was mentioned on the website and in a timely fashion. Quality is excellent in comparison to other activewear companies. Customer service was great hence I had an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I haven’t seen my order.

I got my order in a timely manner, it looks like what is on the website and they fit great so the size chart can be trusted. They feel awesome and i definitely will be buying more leggings, and maybe a jacket, I have a few shirts and i love the fit of thoes as well.

I love the fit and compression. And customer service was very professional when I reached out with a concern.
