I thought everything was fine with my tights as soon ad I stepped in the car to go in the gym the seem busted out of one of my tights this made me irritated because I was excited to work out in them.

Bought the wrong size and had a great return experience! They sent the right size and let me keep the old ones

I’ve ordered several pairs of leggings from BRXL and the process has been great. I ordered a pair of that was too large and the process of getting the correct size was great. I love the BRXL brand and they’re so comfortable!! I’m ready for more COLORS!!

I had just a couple issues with order. BRXL handled my issue with great customer support and reassurance.

I love the fit and material is buttery soft next to the skin. I bought two pair of exercise pants with pockets. I love how they hug my legs and hips.

At first I was skeptical thought this was a scam, reason being it took over a month to get any movement on my package. HOWEVER, I emailed the support team they rushed another package and of course that same day I get a notification that my package should be here in a couple days. So I re-emailed the support team explaining that and if I needed to I'd gladly send back the extra pair. They again apologized profusely and told me no worries it's on us thank you for your patience! So customer service 100%

Now on to the shorts I went according to the size chart according to that I needed to order a small (that always makes a girl happy!!) however, I should have sized up I'm a 9 pant size small is 8-10 they r so tight they do roll down but nothing shedding a few pounds can't fix. BESIDES THE SIZING the quality is amazing very good material definitely size up ladies and you will be beyond happy 😁!!!

Giving one star because I can’t give zero! I emailed with customer service on 8/19-8/20 and have heard nothing since. My package cancellation request/refund request was discussed with a representative at that time. They said they would see what they could do and get back to me. Nothing. Either send me my stuff or refund me, the tracking isn’t even updated. Still shows processing which means they can still process a refund.

Editing my original review to add that they only issued me a refund after I submitted the review. They responded on this site first. Instead of responding to me, the customer, they decided to respond in a public forum before resolving my issue.

I just received my new order for a size down this was to replace the first order that was too big. Not only did they replace them but for free!! I got the new jeans and they fit punitive there was a hole in the black pair I reached out and once again no problem they already sent me a new pair!!! Best customer service ever!!

The items don't fit properly and I tried initiating a return request, but have not received any email from support or customer service for over two weeks. I'm about ready to just initiate a chargeback on my AMEX.

They have excellent customer service! They help me with my problem. They took good care of me & they responded back faster than anyone else! Love it!

The whole process was horrible! I ordered my size in the denim leggings which was the only size available for me to pick from. I’ve seen social media videos of women twice my size claiming they were wearing the same size (a 3X). I placed the order on 8/3/2026. On 8/10/2026 I received a shipment email stating the item shipped. By 8/18/2026, I still hadn’t received my order so I sent an email & was told that it hadn’t “fully” shipped, whatever that means. It finally arrives today, 8/22/2026 & I can’t even get it over my behind!!! And I’m not even going to bother to request a refund because if THIS part was horrible, I can only imagine the return/refund process!

I will just donate leggings & never purchase from this place again!!!

I initially received the wrong color, but once BRXL verified the mistake, they quickly made it right by sending the correct color within days—and even let me keep the original one! ⭐️ Their customer service is outstanding. On top of that, the fit is great and the material is buttery soft. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend BRXL! 👏✨

Customer service was absolutely wonderful!!! Responded to me in a timely manner... I was not 100% satisfied with the leggings ( just didn't work for my body type) but they are great quality.. this was my first time ordering from this specific brand so maybe I might try a different style legging or different size... all in all great experience!!!
