I ordered a Long Sleeve T- Shirt of the Grinch. On the site, the picture clearly stated Nana (hence why I got excited). The picture was not blank, did not say Grandma, or Anything else. It said Nana. I ordered the size and color and type of T-shirt. 3 weeks later, I received the shirt and it was MISSING NANA!! The WHOLE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING. I emailed them immediately asking for a resolution to fix. They basically said, 'Really Sorry'. Why would I order a shirt that said, "I will be a here or there. I will be a everywhere." Order #326157. I need my money back or it fixed. This is not how you do business or resolve issues. I will be contacting my bank and BBB if this does not get resolved. I am beyond frustrated.

my wife ordered a baby yoda sweatshirt. It came in on time and looked great.

Placed my order for 2 Christmas shirts on Dec 4th. Website said 12-72 hours for processing and then 3-7 days for mailing. Saw the business address as local SoCal so thought no problem. But has been almost two weeks and still haven't received it! Order wasn't even processed for shipping until the 11th, a full week, not 3 days! And it was being shipped from Ohio, not California. So, a full 5 days later, it finally showed the "expedited" delivery was being delivered today. To add insult to injury, I kept checking UPS tracking only to be just finding out from their chat bot that only meant it was being delivered by UPS to the US Post Office for further handling and delivery!!! Had I known all that, I wouldn't have ordered it as the only reason for the order was to have the item by the office Christmas party this Wednesday and doesn't look like it will make it and too late for me to get an alternative. Very disappointed. If it doesn't arrive in time as ordered, I will be contacting my bank. I realize it's a busy season but keeping the customers updated is not only a courtesy, it is pretty much standard operating procedures now, at least if you want to stay in business.

Same as the rest basically. Ordered 2 baby Yoda shirts on Dec 7. It's now the 16th and my order shows that it's still "processing".
I called and get a message saying I need to email. I email and get no reply.

I ordered baby yoda sweater on December 8! And still nothing.. no email for shipping or responses to my two emails!! Like really this company can’t respond at least! Not fair we’re charged and yet we don’t get the product in time. So sad.. was really forward to getting this before Christmas .. hopefully it will.. but looks like I won’t based on the previous reviews.

Don't be taken in by your love of baby yoda! I placed my order on Dec 9th for two baby yoda sweaters. The website said 1-3 days processing. I even payed for extra 2 day shipping. I definitely won't be getting them in time for my party. I place my order thinking 2 weeks would be plenty of time but apparently not. I'm definitely reporting them to BBB as a scam. I'm going to try and also get my money back. Which I doubt will happen.

I ordered a package December 4th and was hoping it would be here this week, but the order hasn’t even been processed yet. I understood it would take up to 5 days for processing but the 5 days have passed greatly. I really needed my items this week and they haven’t responded to my emails or reached out. I’m really disappointed and upset I wasted money.

I ordered a t-shirt from Bucktee. I put the wrong state and contacted them by email to let them know the mistake I made. They were very considerate in helping me by offering to replace the t-shirt and refund me half the cost of the t-shirt. They kept in communication with me until the t-shirt arrived. I will be ordering more t-shirts through Bucktee.

Again, like many of these reviewers are upset about my order. I completed my order on 12/8 and the order has yet to be shipped and STILL PROCESSING! How is that even possible? I only ordered based on the time frame of processing/handling and shipment time because I needed my purchase by a specific date. Looks like that won't be happening. I reached out via their website a few days ago and have yet to hear about my item. I actually ended up purchasing something similar from somewhere else...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Website says that it will take 1-3 days for processing, and then additional time for shipping. My order was not processed until a full week after I ordered an ugly sweater, hence will not be available in time for the event for which I ordered it. Waste of money! My son is super disappointed... he never asks for anything but was really excited about the Baby Yoda ugly sweater. Also, I emailed the company after 3 days but never heard back.

Zero stars really, haven't received my order yet. 1-3 day shipping is a lie. Can't contact them. Scam!!

They don't really deserve one star.They won't even give you the courtesy of returning your email after they did a poor job on your ordered item and got your money.I don't recommend them

This company is terrible and I should have read this website prior to ordering.

I placed an order on Tuesday, 12/10/19, for a Baby Yoda sweatshirt. The website says 1-3 days for processing an order before being shipped. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE does it say anything about “only guarantee delivery by Christmas”. I paid two day shipping in order to get the sweatshirt by a party on 12/14.

Well, it’s 12/14 and not only has my order arrived, it isn’t even processed yet by Bucketee. Over 96 hours and still not processed.

And, seeing reviews that they company sends the wrong size AND the prints are sloppily put together? I can’t imagine what I’ll find when my order is finally delivered at some point — probably well after the time I need it.

I want a refund for my two day shipping. Depending on the product that arrives, I may want a refund of that, too.

Over 24 hours and I haven’t received a response from your customer service team on my email. Multiple calls to their phone number go unanswered....Bucktee are you still in business or will you be able to stay in business with your poor service? When can I expect follow up from your company??

Did I get a Baby Yoda ugly sweater.. nope of course not. After 2 weeks I received the completely wrong order. A Hoody for the Hilbert College Hawks.. whoever they are!

Have emailed and tried to call but no reply. I want my money back.

Do not order from these guys. They are either scamming or incompetent.

I placed and order and was charged almost 70$. No email confirmation in which I put my email address in my order. NO response to my MULTIPLE messages. The phone number is a joke. Now I have to file a claim with my bank since this appears to be a joke business. I placed the order December 2nd and have been trying to get a hold of someone as these are gifts. Now I have to go somewhere else and file a claim. POOR BUSINESS

Ordered 2 sweatshirts on December 3rd and keep trying to track and it STILL says processing. I have sent an email..message on site and called. No response to my email or message and an automated service when I called. I ordered these for a Christmas party bc they advertised the lowest delivery time for what I wanted. This is so disappointing...it would have been nice to atleast get SOME kind of response on the status of my order
