Wrong item and wrong size.

I ordered a size M Baby Yoda Christmas sweater for a gift and not only did I NOT get it in time, even though it said I would get before Christmas, but when I opened the package, I found an XL t-shirt instead. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they did refund my money. However, they are not very prompt to get back to you, so buyer beware.

Placed order December 12th after THEY ran Facebook advertising for a shirt. I purchased 2 of what they advertised. On December 15th, a new warning was on the website “orders not placed before 14th will not be guaranteed by Christmas”. This was a Christmas gift.

I emailed them back on December 20th or so, and got a “please be patient, we’re experiencing major holiday stresses” or something silly like that..... THEY ran Facebook ads right????

Anyway, it’s January 9th and my December 12th order just came in... quality is mediocre and the sweatshirt had appeared to be a more knit pattern, but it’s a screen printing of a knit look.

Bad snotty service, and was obviously a company playing games. Will never buy again and I’m actually annoyed enough to be whiner and come and spread some insight.

Not a good value, bad execution, all while they are throttling Facebook ads.....

Should be 0 stars. Just like everyone else I should have looked at reviews. Ordered a sweater, nothing is wrong with it. Saw that it wasn't going to be delivered in time and tried to cancel. They said that it couldn't be cancelled at the time. No big deal I will just return it when I receive it. I have emailed them twice in the past 3 days about a refund and no response. Their phone is not a working phone either.

Why Brooklyn? Why do you put down great when the majority of reviewers put down terrible?

Well, you see, I put down terrible as my first review for several good reasons. I waited patiently for three weeks to get a baby yoda sweater, and received a very different sweater indeed. I complained and complained- truly pulling a full Karen. I called the bogus line. Sent dozens of emails. I didn’t receive a reply until 9:00 pm MST to my complaint. Bucktee is- from my assumption- overseas based and shipped from Michigan. That’s why it took so long to get a reply. HOWEVER:

I received a full refund several days later, and was able to get a baby yoda sweater replacement. Two sweatshirts for the price of none, yippee.

The company takes a long time to reply, but hey, I got a full refund and another sweater.

wish I seen this before I placed my order! Placed my order December 22nd. And today January 2nd. It's is STILL processing!! Have asked numerous of times for a refund!! And they will not do. Contacting my card company and cancelling myself! Do not buy from this company unless you have a month to wait.

This is a terrible company. They sent the wrong shirt (that I ordered almost a month ago) to my brother, as I was trying to get him one for a Christmas present. Not only have they not fixed this issue, they won't even respond to my e-mails after they said they would send a replacement shirt to him. They also don't have a working telephone line, which is unheard of for a decent company. I have already threatened to report them to my credit card company for a fraudulent charge unless they send the correct shirt to my brother or give me a refund. It's not the money, as the shirt was less than $30, but it's the whole idea of them thinking they don't have to respond to me or fix the error they made on their end. I am going to report them in two days if they don't respond to me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not purchase anything from them.

I WISH i read the reviews before i purchased. Or even used paypal. This is so unacceptable. I ordered my christmas sweater on 12/11. I JUST received it today 12/28. They lied about the 1-3 days processing and 3-7 days shipping. Unbelievable. It took them 7 days to process and ship my order. Then they literally chose the worst shipping method, because it took 11 days to get to me. It missed multiple Christmas parties AND christmas day itself. I didn’t even get to use this sweater. 3 days after i placed the order and noticed that it wasnt shipped and the negative reviews, i clearly asked them to CANCEL my order if it wont make it on time. They said they shipped it a few days later, but they didnt PHYSICALLY ship it. They only created the label. Now, No response and their phone number leads to voicemail. I cant even get in contact with them. I want my FULL REFUND. This is unacceptable. I look at their website now, and NOW it says orders after 12/12 is not guaranteed to arrive by christmas. I placed it before 12/12 and trust me, i check everyday and they only put that notice up a few days ago probably from all the backlash theyve been getting. They tell me to be sympathetic, HOW can i be sympathetic if i made a purchase as a customer and the company goes MIA.

So my update, I ordered a baby yoda sweatshirt on 12/9, received it on 12/23. It was the correct sweatshirt that I ordered for my daughter and she loves it BUT it clearly didn’t arrive when we thought it would and it arrived too late for an event she was going to wear it to. I can only assume that Bucktee is overseas or something as they communicated with me twice over those 2 weeks and their emails had misspellings and odd sentence structure. They are not running an online store that we’ve all grown accustom to where we can count on timeliness and professionalism. Anyway, I was ready to contact PayPal to cancel payment but we survived being patient! Good luck!

I ordered a sweater on 12/11 figuring I'd get it before Christmas (the website said orders placed before 12/12 will arrive before Christmas). Well it's now a day after Christmas and NOTHING. Never received a confirmation email and have not received a reply to the email I sent to support. You bet your booty they took the money out of my account though. If you can't keep up don't guarantee things, it's that simple. Terrible company.

I placed my order on 12/10 and my order won't arrive until after Christmas. They didn't ship the items until 12/19. Very disappointed and not acceptable way to do business.

I ordered a hoodie for a granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived in plenty of time and was perfect. The company communicated with me online in an appropriate way and time. I would use them again.

Pure scam. Emailed them for a month over an order I never received asking for either a re-delivery or a refund and haven't received so much as a company response. They should be referred to the federal government for fraudulence.

I needed the Baby Yoda Christmas sweater in a quick turnaround for a Ugly Xmas Sweater party...and it arrived! This shirt has been a big hit; way to have timely merchandise that makes an impression.

Ordered a Baby Yoda sweatshirt on December 9, paid for overnight delivery, still have yet to receive it.

Very POOR Service,Ordered T-Shirts for Christmas Eve Gathering... Placed order on 12/09/19 and still have not received nothing, not even a email update.. I had to contact them to get my updates.. Will Never do Business with them again...

DO NOT ORDER FROM BUCKTEE. NO REASON TO KEEP SCROLLING. JUST DONT ORDER FROM THEM. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. ITS A WONDER THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR SCAM OF INACCURATE ORDERS, FALSELY STATED PROCESSING TIMES AND TERRIBLE RESPONSE TIMES.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

Order #397707 was placed on 12/12/2019. There has not been any update on the status. I have sent multiple emails asking for information, but no response. You debited my account, so I can clearly tell your company can process that part of the order. I did my part, so please do yours. These are Christmas gifts.

Received a completely different mug than what I ordered. I'm assuming there's no way I will get this resolved and get the gift I orginally purchased in time for Christmas. Now I'll have to go out and buy something else. Like the many others, I should have checked these reviews before I purchased...

The shipping took a while, and for a time, neither UPS or USPS could confirm the existence of the package at all. However, my baby Yoda sweatshirt finally arrived today and it's super cute! The print is not as vibrant as it is in the picture, but you can still see it okay!

My review is exactly the same as all the others. I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th and the website still says the order is processing and at this point will clearly not arrive before Christmas. Now I have to go out and purchase another gift for this person. Kicking myself for not reading the reviews beforehand! I want a refund too!
