STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering from them. I place an order since May and haven’t got my product yet. I text and call like 10 times and no reply back at all.

Horrible customer service. Shirts were ordered on 7 June. Website says 5-7 days for shipping and handling. Unable to reach company by phone after serveral attempts. Contacted them on 15 June via email. Didn't receive a reply until 17 June. Shirts aren't scheduled for delivery until 20 Jun. Will not be ordering again. They offered to refund my $6.49 shipping cost (order total was $50.39) if I didn't post a review.

ORDERED MARCH 10TH, THEY SENT FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. THEY ASK ON MAY 10TH FOR 3 TO 4 MORE WEEKS AND REFUNDED HALF OUR MONEY. NOW IT'S JUNE 17TH, THEY ASK FOR ANOTHER 5 TO 6 WEEKS?????? THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT ORDER OR YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY..DOES ANYONE HAVE A REAL WAY TO CONTACT THIS FAKE COMPANY?? SHAME THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MANY PEOPLE DURING THIS PANDEMIC, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. HOW CAN WE FILE A COMPLAINT THRU SOMEONE THAT WILL SHUT THEM DOWN??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered on may 9 2020 today is june12 2020 I can not track my order because it says my tracking number does not exist. They do not answer email and I believe I might have been scammed shut this company down

Ordered Tom Brady shirt for my son. Very disappointed with quality. gildan fabric of
cheapest possible type. For 20$ plus shipping. Don’t order.

I am still waiting for my order.
I have emailed this company to no avail about my items.
I will never order from this company ever again.
Most likely is a scam company in China.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
Reported to the Better Business Bureau!!

I ordered a product on April 30, 2020.
On May 12, 2020 I received an email stating the order was complete and I was provided a tracking number.
Via DHL tracking, it states "No Results" for the given number.
I emailed Bucktee last week, to inquire as to the status of my order, but have received no response.
I attempted to call today at 3:35 EST and got a recording.
I need to know what the status of my order is and when I can expect it to arrive, or have the order cancelled and my money refunded. I am extremely dissatisfied at this point.

I ordered facemasks on May2 and have had no response. I am fumming. And oh yes they took my money very quickly. I can't fine a phone # for them and when I try to send a message it doesn't work.

Ordered masks. They took over a month and were not as advertised at all. Terrible quality. The fabric looked 10 years old and was faded. There were not three layers of fabric and the inside looked like a paper towel. When I complained about the quality- they said they would only give me 50% back. I would not do business with this company.

got my shirt and framed print in about 4-6 weeks. shirt came first and was followed a couple weeks later by the print. both were fine quality for the price. good job Bucktee. side note I did email them a couple weeks out and asked for an update, they got back to me in a few days and were perfectly reasonable in their response.

If I could give a lower rating I sure would. Ordered Lexus face masks and they never arrived. If you try to call the business you will not get thru to anyone. Tried twice using there website help message with no responds and have emailed them directly. At this point only a fool would place an order with them thinking they will be available if something goes wrong.

One star is way too generous, because I received NOTHING for my money. Literally nothing. Don’t place orders with Bucktee. They are literally thieves.

I like so many others should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Placed an order on the 10th of May, with false promises of processing time being 2 - 6 days and shipping in 3-7 business days. By the 18th I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them. I got a response right away with order completed and no further action required. Included a DHL shipping label. All fake, called DHL and was told that they never received the package that only a label was made. Now waiting to see if they respond to latest email I sent asking where my order is. Should rename the company to Fuckthee, because that is what they do best.

SCAM.....Ordered face mask on May 8th.....They took my $ in the first 24 hours but still no product. They said it was ordered from China and to be patient. GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK.

Terrible company. They do get back to you by email but several days later. I placed an order for the highly advertised collegiate face masks (8 weeks ago), what the website does not tell you is that they source from Vietnam and then they give some nonsense about shipping issues. Further, the website doesn’t say that (1) they off shore source and (2) that it take months to get your order. I received an email saying my order was completed and shipped 18 days after The order was placed, 38 days since that email neither shipping company has any tracking information, which is curious since the email 18 days after the order had 2 separate tracking numbers with direct link to the shipping companies websites. While their prices are cheaper, you get what you pay for. Use your money wisely, order from a reputable company and spend a little more. I’ve turned this information over to my local FBI office for fraud in interstate commerce

Probably the worst quality t-shirt I've ever ordered. Love the designs on this site, but no way these shirts are 100% cotton. They feel like potato sacks. Worst part is, is that after only one wash the artwork is already starting to peel.

Should have checked the reviews before ordering - ordered face masks - the website said I should have them in 3-7 days - now I am being told 3-4 weeks. When I complained they refunded the shipping fee but I wanted to cancel. They said the order could not be cancelled. Going to dispute the charge on my credit card. Don't order from this place!

Please be careful when referring to the size chart. According to their size chart and how to measure, the shirt that was delivered was 3.5" in circumference fewer. Way too small! They refuse to exchange for a larger size.

Apparently my package was delivered to the "wrong address" and therefore returned to Buck Tee. Nobody there answers the phone. The contact page does not work. I haven't received a refund. Was never informed by Buck Tee or UPS. BTW, the address I provided was correct.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I'd love to give no stars, but apparently that's not an option.

This battle has been ongoing since December. I ordered five shirts for the holidays, a whole two weeks before Christmas(12/10). I heard nothing from Bucktee, but that my order was still processing.

A week after my order, the website updated their site saying "orders after 12/12 will not arrive until Christmas"

I called my bank to cancel my payment, because I couldn't reach a human being, but was sent an email with a confirmation number when my order was finally processed.

Eventually I did receive my t-shirt, on December 27, 2019. And the refund from my bank was given back to them just this week since the argued they delivered. I will never recommend Bucktee. I don't normally do reviews, but I needed to share.

Everyone has different experiences and this was mine just mine. Buyers beware. Also if you are buying within the United States there's is an international fee because they are based out of Canada, didn't know there was an additional fee on top of my already expensive purchase.
