There is no rating for this company. I oreder the day after thanksgiving and have been getting the runaround since then. No shirts and the tracking number is not valid very upset not ordering ever again with them.

The mask I paid for is useless!! A waste of money!!

Should be -2 stars! Absolute garbage! Shirts arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Looked ok, quality of shirt was so so. Washed them on COLD, GENTLE CYCLE. Went to hang them to dry and the ink was stuck to itself and peeled off when carefully tried to separate the stuck areas. Obviously cheap ink or water based ink. Impossible to contact them for refund or replacement. Avoid this business like the plague.

Won’t shop here again. We purchased two shirts from this company. The website said they were 100% cotton. Absolutely not. They feel like sandpaper! Inferior quality. The workmanship of the design and quality of the transfer of the design to the shirt was also poor. Also, the cuts of the shirts were all wrong. The women’s cut is not tapped like a traditional women’s cut (a lot bigger than normal and wider at the bottom). The men’s L fits like an XL. Also, the price was kinda high compared to other sites I had shopped at for shirts. I only purchased here because they were one of the few to have a print I was looking for. As noted on several reviews, the customer service is really bad. They don’t stand behind there inferior product. I wish I would have checked this review site first! Even after several washings they feel scratchy and harsh. Shop somewhere else.

I decided to search reviews of the site after I made my purchase, to say I was panicked is an understatement. But no $h*T I paid Sunday the 30th And got it today the 4th. I feel bad for all the negative reviews but it looks like I was one of the lucky ones. Shirt quality wasn’t bad, could see a few printing errors. None the less, good transaction.

Ordered two shirts on June 2nd, 2020. I had not received them more than a month later on July 11th. I emailed them to ask about it. Over the next months, they had me reconfirm my address three times and claimed that there would be no tracking number. Their emails were full of improper grammar and were very unprofessional. Once I started to realize that they were not acting in good faith, I asked for a refund. It is now September 2nd I am still shirtless and without a refund.

Buyer beware! Ordered a shirt size 3X but the shirt at best was an XL. When I asked for a replaced or refund they said they would only refund 50% and to keep the shirt. I needed a true 3X shirt and do not have a use for the one they sent.

Ordered two "Free Hong Kong" tee shirts - one for me, one as a gift. I was a little worried from reading all these terrible reviews after I placed my order, but it came much quicker than the anticipated arrival date. Great transaction, would do again.

This is a complete fraud and scam! They took the money and send nothing. From their email response I think it is not a native speaker and based somewhere in the eastern part of this world. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a shirt on 7/23/2020 for my son. I figured with the extra charge for shipping and it says this company's address was in California, this gift would arrive with plenty of time to spare by 8/12 to Nevada. Well, when it was still stating, "processing" last week, I got concerned. I messaged them through their website. No response. I messaged them again today, stating if I am not updated on this order I will be contacting my bank to file this as a fraudulent charge. Also folks, they have a sneaky message page set up. I will let you type in the nature of the message and the message but not your name or e-mail. You have to hit send and it will come up with red boxes where it asks for your name and email. You can type your name but not the email, you have to hit the send again to repeat the process for your email. What utter baloney. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Horrible customer service and products. I ordered the Medium =M 33 x 40 84 x 102 for my son (size 33 waist) Stop staring at my cock beach shorts. These have NO liner (yeah, beach shorts?) and are PAPER thin, like rice paper. The quality and sizing BAD and way off from descriptions. When asked for a refund they act like I want another pair and keep telling me sending me another size! Really???obviously they do not understand English. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, scam. They will no refund you or do they care about their complaint in product quality. Turning them over to BBB.

My orders were perfect. Received in a reasonable amount of time. Making third order. Zero complaints

This place is horrible. I ordered a t-shirt for Father’s Day and have not received it. I have been emailing them and all I get back is “please wait a couple of more days”. I have been asking for a refund, but they ignore my request. Please do not order from this site. They are nothing but scammers.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I failed to check reviews of the website before I ordered because I was ecstatic about a product I wanted, but it’s been WAY past when they said it would be delivered. COVID or no COVID, there should’ve been a tracking number provided to me. /: don’t waste your money mayne.

I ordered a shirt and mistakenly clicked the wrong size, I immediately emailed them. Saying that I wanted to cancel my order. They responded that they could not change the order, but would also send me the correct size. Yhey responded saying they could not camcel my order. They sent two shirts which I returned and requesting they credit my account. Its been a month they still given me my refund. I emailed them again to rectify this, they responded by offering me another shirt. All I want is my money back. I will not purchase from them again.

This store is a scam. They took nearly 4 weeks to send me a shirt and it was WAY too small -- like a Junior size. When I asked for an exchange, they refused. No returns or exchages, They said I'd have to buy another shirt but they'd give me a discount. So I guess that's the scam-- make the person buy multiple shirts and pay even more for shipping. DO NOT BUY from these people.

Poor Quality.
Wish I had read the reviews. My experience was very similar to many. Ordered masks that arrived 2 months late. Provided false tracking number that never worked. Responses to emails seemed robotic. Was never able to speak with anyone.
Sad that Bucktee continues to provide unsatisfactory service and poor quality products.
Since my order was so late arriving, I don't even want to attempt to ask for a refund or exchange. However, I will reach out to the BBB. This is unacceptable. Hopefully, this will prompt action and no one else will experience these issues again.
Lesson learned.

Buctee is absolutely crap. Totally a scam ordered 30 dollar shirt and didn’t receive anything. Don’t buy anything from this website absolutely shiitee

I've order a ten pack of this mask May 5th. It did not get processed till the 15th. It never arrived.

I would like to leave a review of the product, however it never arrived and their customer support is non-existent. Don't believe me? Try contacting them.

So look elsewhere for the goods, because they only take your coin.

Very disappointed of cloth and graphics quality for the price. Also, it took more than 10 days to get it. I will never order from them again. I order on June 5 and got here on June 19.
