My original rating was a 1 star. We ran into shipping issues and had some communication issues that came along with that. Once I was able to communicate with the company they made things right and it was actually very easy and simple. They did what they needed to make it right!

I had a issue where someone in the USPS stole my product that I ordered and wrote a false zip code on my package. I reached out to the Support staff at BuckTee and they replaced and resolved my issue. I Love the product and will be ordering more merchandise in the future.

I absolutely love my James Webb Space Telescope long sleeve t-shirt. The high-thread soft fabric feels great. The black and gold colors are classic and the telescope mirrors are beautifully replicated and designed on the front. I am 100% pleased with my t-shirt.

Tried to cancel order on day I made it (within 1hour) and was told order was already in process and could not be canceled! I may have inadvertently clicked on wrong product and would like to return for refund but no luck!

❤️Ordered at 435pm az time 11/18/22 friday. Received email 11/23/22 that my items had been processed and was being shipped, items were shipped from Detroit. Received package on 12/02/22. 14 days total to arrive which is exactly what the website said to expect. Not counting weekends 10 business days.🥳 Made to order, all items are exactly as advertised, clean, clear, readable. Very soft and comfy. Size chart was exact. Phenomenal job!!! Very satisfied with the product and will trust this company again for future purchases.❤️

I ordered a hoodie & never got it. Just received an email from them asking how did we do? we sent your T shirt.... Total fraud company. Fake af. Stay clear.

Wow! I ordered a coffee mug, and was shocked when it showed up 2 days later. Well packed, no damage, no problems, easy place to order from.

Ordered a poster that was described as a framed poster. It came rolled up in a tube. $22 for a piece of paper! (Plus $5 shipping.)

I recently placed my first, and last, order with Bucktee.com. I ordered a very small (size of a credit card), non-customized ornament from Bucktee.com on 11/29 but did not receive it until 12/28. They provided ship tracking information on 11/30 but it was useless as there were no updates until 12/22. I contacted Bucktee.com on 12/10 to inquire as to when the shipment would take place and they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I have this guarantee in writing but again, I did not receive this very small, non-personalized item until 12/28. I understand the holidays and supply chain issues can push delivery of items out beyond normal delivery times but Bucktee.com should have been able to provide a warning that my item, when ordered on 11/29, was likely to be delivered after the Christmas holiday. I definitely should not have been given a guaranteed delivery date of by Christmas and then not receive it until after Christmas. I chose to order from Bucktee.com as they were a couple of dollars cheaper than other sites that sold the same item, but I will not make that mistake again. Rating - 1/2 star

If I could rate this -100 I would. I ordered an ornament from hem. 2 weeks later and there is no tracking info. I called the number several times at different times thru the day, nobody answers, just a recorded message to use the contact on the website. I did that and the email came back undeliverable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They should call it FuckTee

Bought a shirt from them, took almost 3 weeks to arrive and it was the wrong shirt. Refused to refund my purchase claiming they had already sent the replacement, but would not provide any shipping/ tracking info. Eventually admitted the replacement could take another week to print, yet still would not refund or cancel. Total scam

I guess I was one of the other lucky ones. I read these reviews after a couple days of my order not tracking. The next day I got a notification that it had shipped. I was surprised to say the least. I got my order a little late but I expected that because of the christmas rush. My sweatshirts fit true to size and don’t have any errors.
