I got my sweater quickly, and honestly it's much nicer than I expected it to be when I bought it. It seems to be made of very nice material, and has held up with no issue through multiple washes.

Ordered a shirt two weeks ago and have gotten zero updates. Try to contact them and it keeps saying there's an error. I have lost all faith in getting the shirt. I'd stay away from them if I were you.

Would give zero stars if possible. Order placed 12/4 for Christmas sweatshirt. Item never received. Requested refund on 12/18. Refund still not received in spite of numerous contacts, Terrible company. Buyer beware!

Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact. Emails and phone calls do not go through. Placed order on 12/4 and shipment has been sitting in Detroit since 12/7. No further tracking info. Was charged for item immediately. Since this is a Christmas sweatshirt for grandson, I had to place duplicate order at Amazon to guarantee he would have it to wear on 12/24. Will return to Buckeye, if and when their order ever shows up. Very unpleasant experience!

Difficult to reach
Update: since my original post bucktee finally got back to me and was able to refund for the duplicate order which I really appreciate.
I somehow placed a duplicate order (I have no idea how this happened, not sure if it was a glitch) and almost immediately reached out to them to cancel one order. Their online form doesn’t work, so I emailed and called multiple times with no response. Now I have confirmation emails that both orders have shipped. I will continue to try and contact them to return one of the orders
