Merchandise incorrect and was given the run around.

I ordered men's t shirts and got women's how do I send them back for men's

never received the t shirt, i feel kinda scammed

My first order was stolen from my building's mailroom. Bucktee replaced it. That's five-star customer service. And the shirt is great!

First shirt that was sent got mis-delivered by the USPS. Bucktee sent me a replacement. Thanks!

I ordered a sweater to wear at an event. I choose the overnight optional and followed up with an email. Needed it by Weds and it came on-time! Looks exactly like it does on the website & feels & fits perfectly!
I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

The shirt was not sized per the website. Tried to exchange but they don't respond. Unreliable

Had a problem with delivery of my t-shirt. Emailed customer support and within minutes someone was responding back. Problem was resolved and my t-shirt showed up in my mailbox and everything was cool.

Paid 25 bucks for the tee and this dumbass MF gave me completely wrong old ass wore tee. Never buy anything from this jerks. Also the tech support number aint answering and email didn't text me back

I ordered one week before Christmas and it arrived the day before. Great service! The quality was great too.

It was easy to order my item and it got there on time.

Their customer service AND product management needs a LOT of work. I never received a confirmation email about the order even though my bank account was charged - emailed them FOUR times asking for a confirmation email - every time I got like one sentence back saying your order is being processed - no order number or any info about the actual order. This last time, they sent an email saying here's the info about your order....and all it was was my billing and shipping info! Well duh, I already know my own address, thanks. What I need is the order number, the item ordered, the date, price, etc. and especially the TRACKING INFO. One of their emails says "the tracking info will be updated in 2 days, please wait." What tracking info? Where? This is pretty standard stuff, and I can't believe how sloppy and unprofessional this company is.

Finally received my item (NEVER DID GET THE CONFIRMATION) and they sent me the WRONG PRODUCT. I have zero confidence they’ll replace it with what I actually ordered. Horrible company!!!

Company is a joke. I ordered a hat and was told it was out of stock. They took the money out of my account immediately, though. They have not replied to four emails I have sent asking for a refund. Ridiculous. Not even a phone number to reach them.

My shirt arrived soon…it’s a well-made shirt…price was reasonable.

Company is impossible to reach. My shirt was shipped with graphics cut off on top and bottom. Overall, unpleasant experience. Order #TBT3919315

Update: They finally called and corrected the glitch from their computer that caused the shirt to be incorrect. Because they refunded I will leave 3 stars and not 1 star. In the future, check the order before shipping, quality control

Tesla (the band) shirt was awesome. Would love to see more with small logo on left chest and big print on back.
