Delivery and pickup were perfect. Customer service was excellent. Placing the request for the dumpster was fast and easy.

(I am editing this review because there was not a comment from Budget Dumpster, Go figure...I must be correct in my statement below)
I had no issue with the person that took my order, I did not have issue with the delivery or pick up of the dumpster. But I find fault in charging me an overage for weight limit when I followed filling instructions. I did read that they could bill you up to 120 days after the dumpster was picked up..I received an overage bill more than 30 days after pick up..I find that to be extreme because the invoice only stated the weight was .33 above the max allowed..nothing telling me when the dumpster was weighed..I would expect a date and time in addition to the weight recorded at pickup..Otherwise how do I know this amount is correct..Every person who rents a dumpster could be over billed at will without any traceable information..I think your invoices should have more detail..I would think you would too..Isn't it a federal offense to overbill people? Perhaps you have more facts than you actually put on my invoice..maybe you should send me the official date and time my rental was actually weighed. ( By the way I rented the dumpster mid July, requested pick up at around 8 day margin, they couldn't pick up until around 10 day margin..I called them the day after or perhaps the next day after pick up and asked about any overage. I was told that nothing was showing an overage. I wanted to be prepared for any additional billing...but I guess there is not any type of time frame to get information into your system...oh I forgot it's 120 days!

Absolutely awful customer service and experience. Completely lied about delivery time, never showed up and when I called to inquire about it they couldn’t explain why there was a delay. Stay away. Completely unprofessional company and customer service.

I requested the large dumpster the day I called, unaware that budget was a broker who would give me a 10 yard dumpster for the price of 30 yards. They make me to rent twice the dumpster. I really feds seas pointed with them. I do not intend to do business with them again.

Follow up billing for extensions 1 month later when they were unable to pick up in their timeframe.

Scam to extract more income out of their customers?

Will never use them again.

The customer service person was AWESOME! I've never rented a dumpster and Elysia(sp) made the process so easy!! She speaks English, answered all of my questions, didn't rush me and was a delight through out the process. Give this woman a raise!!

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup.

READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake.

The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing.

They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge).

Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards.

Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.

Very prompt and courteous. Put the dumpster exactly where I needed it. Picked up right on schedule.

They were awesome guys that came. Did it all and did not stress me one bit. That is a miracle in itself. Am happy with the products although the A/C rattles a bit sometimes. Help

Im from mass my parents are deceased but their house is in Beverly Hills. We had to get a dumpster to clean their house . I called Budget Dumpster the gentleman that I spoke to was so nice very professional helpful very easy to deal with I cant say enough worked with me repeated everything we went over I would HIGHLY recommend them price was excellent also. when I called on the phone to order the dumpster, they were helpful and polite. The dumpster came when it was supposed to and placed where it was supposed to be placed. They picked it up the day it was supposed to be picked up.
