They were the most financially reasonable of those l had got a quote from and the dumpster was new and clean. It was delivered when they said it would be and picked up when they said it would be. I would highly reccomend them.

I have ordered dumpsters in the past and never ever had an issue with over weight or being charged additional fees. I tried this company for the first time and will never use them again. They keep your credit card on file to charge you for additional charges without your permission. The initial customer service was nice and friendly at that time I was told the max weight was 1ton. I filled the container with empty boxes and baby toys and I was charged for going over weight. I seriously find this hard to believe and surprised to see an additional fee on my card. Don’t use this company….

From the first call with a friendly voice I knew I’d have a good experience. They emailed me a few times
, sent videos and the delivery and pick up person was very friendly and made every step go well. I would definitely call them again. Oh and the price was right !!!

From the first phone call to the final pickup everything was made easy. I got rid of a ton of stuff. Didn't have to spend a whole lot of money and they did the drop off and pick up and I had 7 days to do it which was plenty of time

Ashley from customer service was Great! From start to finish she was pleasant and extremely helpful and efficient. The delivery guy was Amazing he was courteous and very careful placing the dumpster,then at pick-up he made sure not to scratch my walkway pavement. I would Definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. If in the future I ever need another dumpster I will be calling Budget Dumpster once again!!!

Great people to work with. They explained everything that I would need to make sure that I didn't put anything into the storage unit not allowed. They delivered and picked up the unit on the days that they said they would, and the dumpsters were easy to load, and to enter.

This project was for a small community church. We were doing some "spring cleaning". We really needed to dispose of some things. I went online and called a few places. From the very first phone call, staff was very helpful, very informative and very flexible. They offered suggestion to help with our project. I would definitely recommend Budget Dumpster to anyone needing this type of service. And the price was very reasonable

Great experience. From the start, I called them looking for a quote on what a dumpster would cost. They were super friendly and I ended up renting a 10yard roll off dumpster to throw out a lot of junk from my parents house. I ordered the smallest, but could have probably filled up the biggest one they offer. As soon as you confirm your rental, you get an email with a dashboard of everything you will need for your haul away. On this dashboard you can chat, extend, request another dumpster and set the date to pickup.
We filled up the dumpster and had it picked up within 4 days. I sent them emails throughout the time to ask the Ummmm questions and they were sure to respond via text, call and email. We had went over the 1ton limit, by 140 pounds and they charged us a minimal fee. These folks are amazing, and have great customer service.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We thought they were cheaper until they tacked on another $249.00 onto our $750. They make it sound good on the phone. Don’t be fooled go with your local sanitation company. We noticed that our email from Rob quoted as $650.00. He said that was in error and the real charge was $750. Also we ordered a 10 yard dumpster and followed all the rule not to overfill. When we got our final invoice they delivered a 15 yard dumpster. We received a $250 extra fee. Sneaky delivering us a 15 yard instead of a 10 yard.

Timely, honest, courteous, effective

I used Budget Dumpster for the second time. I encountered issues on the second time I rented a dumpster. I was on the schedule for a dumpster pick up since Friday and still waiting as of Tuesday. Upon my initial phone call, I requested the dumpster for 1-2 days because the city permit was only granted for 5 days. I requested the picked up on Friday morning, still waiting for the pick as of Tuesday 3pm. I have contacted customer services numerous time, just to be told that a manager will contact me regarding this issue. One of the managers send me a voicemail on Monday that the dumpster was going to be pick up that day. Again, the dumpster has not been pick up as on of Tuesday. The city permit already expired, bystanders are throwing up garbage and over floating the dumpster, even found a mattress on it. This is not acceptable and definitely not the way any company should handle business with clients who have previously used your services before, very disappointed.

Great customer service. They were very helpful in my schedule requirements. Prices were great. They were very responsive to my delivery and pickup needs. I called several companies, and they not only have the best price, they gave the best service you could ask for.
