Timely delivery and pickup. The driver respected the property, and the cost was very competitive.

I rarely leave negative reviews (bad karma), but consumers should know how this company operates. Initially, I appreciated the scheduling process and SMS updates. However, on the drop-off day, the driver arrived at 5:20 AM without a prior time frame and placed the dumpster partially blocking my garage. Despite my request, it wasn’t picked up until the following Monday, leaving it in my driveway all weekend.

A week later, I received a surprising overage bill, claiming the yard waste exceeded 1 ton (we are talking sticks, twigs, and shrubs here. PLUS one piece of granite from a small powder room. 60% capacity, MAYBE). My card was automatically charged, with no way for me to verify the weight. Although their contract includes these terms, this felt unexpected and frustrating. If you work with this company, anticipate potential extra charges after the job.

Great customer service

I have rented from budget dumpster also known as Redbox dumpster since that is the name on the dumpster outside my home. My last 2 rentals with this company haven't been up to their normal standards. I had rented a dumpster the week prior to Hurricane Helene. I had no power in my home for 7 days. To my surprise they wanted their dumpster back even though we had just been thru a hurricane. No extra days, matter of fact it cost me for the 7 days with no electricity plus an additional 7 days to get caught up with my project. Do the math. 14days x 25.00 per day= $350.00. So then I rented another dumpster a week later. I should have known better. So I ended up needing the dumpster and additional amount of time. I informed them on Sunday, November 3 that I needed it for additional time. We'll much to my surprise, they showed up Monday the 4th even though I had notified them. I ran into an issue and wasn't able to get my project completed by the time I anticipated. My daughter and I were the ones doing the project. Well they stated that due to not being notified by 3pm on Friday, I would be charged 150.00. So now I need it additional days. Funny I had to keep it an additional 7 days from the charge of 150.00. So I had already paid for 3 more days so that's 75.00. Now add 7x 25= 175.00. Funny when I rented this last dumpster I was told by Anthony who took my order that I wouldn't be charged for any additional days.Problem here is you don't get to speak to someone in your specific area, and they obviously don't care about their customers just as so many other companies the almighty dollar. I won't ever do business with this company again. Please don't rent from these people.

Awesome service. Delivery and pick up was seamless..guidelines were communicated and executed. Would highly recommend Budget Dumpster.

The delivery and pick-up driver was exceptionally courteous and obliging.

I had never rented a dumpster before and was recommended a size for what I needed. I am then charged for DOUBLE the amount of what I originally paid for the dumpster! It feels as though the company does this consistently, to make more money, a terrible business practice. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Bobby, truck #106, arrived at time (6:45 am) as requested to drop off residential dumpster. He was friendly, helpful, and explained how to use door/parts well. We would definitely use his services again. Thank you!

Easy ordering of the container and customer service was very nice and explained everything wonderfully. Container arrived early than the time quoted and pick up was early as well.

Recently, I ordered service with Budget Dumpster and got a quote for a 20-foot dumpster over the phone. The detailed quote like timing, and extra weight was confirmed by a few text messages. The dumpster was taken away the next morning without delay. In a couple of days, we received an invoice with an additional $366.30. The customer representative explained that the quote we got was given us low by mistake. Nobody was paying attention to the text messages proving we shouldn't be responsible for their mistakes.

Customer service is not good. Unprofessional. If you have any issues, sorry, can't help you. The company they chose to deliver a dumpster had a HUGE truck and wasn't able to maneuver enough to leave plenty of room to the door. I had room but it would have been tight. Because he brought a truck that was TOO BIG for the drop. Driver suggested he come back with smaller truck. Great. Nope! Not Budget.com. they no longer can deliver unless I get a permit for road drop. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt. Not only did they royally ruined my project but I had to men people standing by. Their Customer service lacks skills to do what it takes to get the job done. Unqualified people are unable to use any common sense. I will always be sure to remind all the people I know NOT to do business with Budget dumpsters or their sister, Dumpsters.com

BUT....got an email that the dumpster was at 1.55 ton - NO WAY!
They want me to pay an extra $209.
I have a picture from the night before it was picked up.
This is in NO WAY over the weight limit.

Contents of dumpster were as follows:
1- 32x32 inch fiberglass shower stall. About 200 lbs.
A few 1x3s and 1x2s at 7.5 ft (about 30 lbs)
1 wall at 8 feet long x7.5 feet tall worth of 1/2 inch drywall (less than 2 sheets) 50lbs?
13 x 12 feet of 3/4 inch thick particle board subflooring (4 sheets worth maybe 200 lbs)
2- 8ft walls and 1- 13 ft wall of insulation 20lbs total?
13 ft x 12ft of insulation from the floor 40 lbs?
1/8 inch paneling from 13 x7.5 ft wall and an 8 ft x 7.5 ft wall. 15 lbs ?
A 36x 30 vanity - maybe 75 lbs
A plastic sink 5 lbs maybe
3 -18x 21 shelf boards - 20lbs ?
3 hollow core doors - 10 lbs each?
4 x 13 ft area of carpet and pad. 40 lbs?
A few pcs of plastic pipe 10 lbs?
The weights are guesses and some googled average weights, total is barely over 1000 lbs.... no where near or over 2000
I can't controll what happens after the dumpster is picked up.
