The dumpster arrived on time and was placed exactly where I needed. Due to the snow the dumpster was not picked up until almost a week later.

Budget Dumpster made a huge collection of construction and life's debris EASY to discard, by placing the bin where we needed it and picking it up expeditiously when we completed the task. The professional friendly driver delivered and picked up the bin in a snap!

Booked online, received a "Saved Cart" with a FINAL price. Called in to pay, was imediately told that the price given was for "Commercial only", even though at the website it allows me to chose "HOME Remodel" and they had my address which is inside a subdivision.

The "booking agent" was very rude and misinformed, insisted that this was "user error" and would not own up. quoted me a price that was $130 higher and 1 day shorter. Eventually he just hung up on me.

I'd rather pay twice as much for ANYONE else than ever do business with someone as arrogant and misinformed as this guy was.

FYI, they are just a broker agency who matches you with local providers.

Edit: Got a call from a manager, he was very nice and apologized for the behavior from the previous rep. Hopefully they'll fix their system.

Easy to schedule online. Easy pickup and dropoff within the requested window. Made it seamless. Didn't have to be home for dropoff or pickup. Highly recommend.

My only issue is that my request to have wood placed under the dumpster was not followed even though I was assured that it would be.

I called to rent a dumpster, I told the salesperson that I was having a mobile home torn down she told me that the smaller one would hold the mobile home, but to be on the safe side where I didn't have to pay for it being over the weight limit, I told her I would get the larger dumpster. When the dumpster arrived, it had some items already inside of it. I called and told them that, they made me feel as if I had put the items inside the dumpster. After they picked up the dumpster three months later, they said I owed them more money, the dumpster was overweight. I told them that their salesperson told me that the smaller dumpster would hold the debris from the mobile home. I decided to get the larger one. Anyway, they went into my account without my permission and took out half the money, which made me go into overdraft and caused my car insurance to be late. Now they are saying that I still have to pay over five hundred dollars for the dumpster being overweight. If possible don't rent from this company.

Ordered a dumpster and paid in full. After 8 calls from the company, they decided to cancel my dumpster due to a potential placement issue, unless I wanted to pay an additional $150 charge for a failed delivery. Then they had to transfer me to another location to get my refund. Very pleasant worker but I do not recommend this company. I will get my refund 3-5 business days after the charge has already went through on the same exact day. SMH

Scam company!!!! Dumpster brokers not suppliers that put weight limits on the dumpsters. I got charged two months after the dumpster was picked up for being overweight without any notification at all. I saw the charge on my CC bill and called them. They sent me a blurry picture of a weighbill dated one week after the dumpster was picked up with no name, address, phone #, etc. to confirm that it was my dumpster that was over weight. It was not even full. A total scam! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am also consulting with an attorney. There are other people who have this happening to also plus probably more that didn’t notice the additional charge or simply paid it. It is not ok!

They could not give me a window for delivery other than say 5AM to PM. Furthermore I asked them to have the drive call me when he was on the way and they said they do not do that.

Very nice customer service when buying, after that they couldn't care the least about you.

There should be a -0- star. The additional charge of $347.64 due to an over weight limit when a costumer orders a 10yard container it’s ridiculous, it was made sure not to go past the top edge and as matter of fact it was below, but how is the costumer supposed to weight by the tons? Which scale is the customer supposed use? The initial low price catches the customer’s eye, but when at the end you come up with an overweight expenses, it’s a way for you to make the extra money. With this experience don’t expect to get future customers from us, no customers have at home a scale that measures by the tons.

We tried to get quotes from 6 different dumpster companies, Budget Dumpster was the only company to respond. Zachary was very patient and helpful, answered our multiple questions. He was very responsive and kind through the process. Delivery and pickup was very easy.

Brandon was amazing to work with, we ended up needing another dumpster, he was able to get one out to us the day after we told him. Drop off and pick up were fast! Great value, excellent customer service.

The company doesn’t worthy it because they fraud people for extra charge. I ordered dumpster 3 times from them, the driver came to pick it up with no complained three weeks after I started noticed some charge in my credit card from them. When I asked why they said for extra weight but when asked why can you them me in the first stage when the driver came to pick it up no answer to my question. I will advise people to stay away from them. They can’t change, go and look their reviews they did that to many people and they will keep on doing it.
