Paid $620. For a dumpster waited all day text message said it would arrive between 11 and 3 still no dumpster told it will be here at 6pm,6:20 rolls around still no dumpster call to see if can cancel told I’m going to be charged $195 I want my money back so I can get my job done and fine a reliable company.

I specifically chose this company because they guaranteed Saturday delivery — which was crucial for my project timeline. Unfortunately, Saturday came and went with no dumpster. Sunday? Still nothing. It finally arrived on Monday, completely throwing off my schedule.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. When we called to address the issue, it took over a day and multiple escalations just to be offered a mere $40 discount on a $420 service. This isn’t about the money — it’s about being misled.
They assured me I’d have the dumpster on Saturday, and they didn’t deliver — literally or figuratively. To add insult to injury, the dumpster wasn’t even from them; it was brokered out to a third-party company I had initially avoided because they don’t deliver on weekends.
In the end, I paid more for a promise that wasn’t kept. Very disappointed in both the service and the response to the issue. DO NOT GIVE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS! YOU WILL JUST PAY MORE WHEN YOU COULD PAY LESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Was charged $195 dollars due to a car being parked in driveway. No notice as to when driver was arriving. Operating hours listed as 8am-6pm. Driver showed up at 7:45 am. Was told I would be charged an extra day due to not being able to pick up until 3 days later. Dumpster was actually picked up on scheduled pick-up date at 11:30am. Seems like a money-making scam. Will never use again.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I would strongly advise anyone considering Budget Dumpster to think twice before doing business with them.
First of all, these people are not an actual dumpster company—they are brokers. They don’t own any dumpsters, which makes dealing with them a nightmare when there’s an issue.
Here’s what happened: I was charged an invalid $195 “failed trip” fee, which they claimed was because my dumpster was “overloaded past the brim.” That was completely false. It then took five days of calling and leaving messages just to finally get Amelia on the phone to dispute this ridiculous charge. When I did, she was absolutely no help and just repeated the same excuse over and over. Zero effort to resolve the situation.
In the end, I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge myself because they clearly had no intention of making it right. The whole process was frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time.
If you need a dumpster, stay far away from these people. Go to a real local dumpster company, not these shady brokers. They lure you in, tack on surprise fees, and then hide behind their so-called “agreement.”
Be warned—Budget Dumpster is sketchy, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I ended up ordering 5 dumpsters from this company. The first few the service was great then they stopped wanting to pick them up daily. It started being 3 days out which held up a major construction job. And I never received any invoices showing what they were taking out of a company credit card. I have been in construction close to 40 years this is the worse company I have ever delt with. Would definitely not recommend them.

I ordered a dumpster to be delivered on August 22nd which was a Friday. I got a confirmation text the day before confirming the delivery. They said they can't give a ETA so I waited until 5:30 and still no dumpster. I called the number they provided me and got a recording saying they were closed and their hours were 8 to 6 Monday thru Friday eastern time. I'm in mountain time so they had closed hours ago. They aren't open weekends so now I'm stuck all weekend with no dumpster. They are pretty quick to take your money but not delivering the dumpster. I would not recommend this company.

The communication at all levels was superb!! From the day I first asked about prices, to the delivery and the pick up!! Every step of the way was easy and seamless.!!!

Where do I start..
I spoke with a representative of the company, ben I believe. He gave us a quote and told us, if you needed it longer, just let him know, it wouldn't be a problem and not an additional charge.
There was an additional charge and the company denied saying I was told that. Ben did not "remember" that conversation.
They picked up the dumpster in early June. Today, 08/07/25, we received a email that the dumpster was over the weight, 6 tons...
6 tons.. I filled it with miscellaneous yard stuff, some garage garbage. No heavy items whatsoever. No concrete, no dirt etc. And it was about 3/4 full, if that. So they charged my account.
Do what you want, but there's a pattern with this company, over charging and surprise charges.
Do yourself a favor and contact a large dumpster company, these people are only the middle men and deliver other named companies..they waiter 2 months to say. Oh your dumpster was full.. nonsense.

I just called. Budget dumpster for a quote. Very nice woman answered all my questions until we got to the end of the call when I told her that I’d have to call back and that she didn’t need to text me. When she told me that she works on commission and people are a trip and hung up, my decision was made.
Definitely NOT using this company.

Budget Dumpster was great to work with. They helped me figure out what size dumpster I would need and how to get one to me as quickly as I needed it. Everyone was very professional and highly skilled.

Previously, I had been hesitant to rent a dumpster for my “simple residential 4-car garage clean-out.” As it turned out, we totally filled 10 yards of dumpster. We threw away 2.8 tons of junk, even after leaving metal out for scrapers & donating a lot. I never would’ve been able to pile all that up in bags and take it out a little every week. My initial order was for 1 ton of garbage. It doesn’t take long to find that much random junk. I was surprised that the overage was 1.8 tons ($160) more, but that is what the dump charges them after draining the rain water out. I was told that my overage was pretty good considering many people throw away stuff they could’ve gotten rid of some other way and their extra fees were huge.

All in all, I am greatly satisfied with their service and I recommend them to everybody. If I ever need a dumpster again, I know to call Budget Dumpster.

The dumpster arrived within the 12 hour delivery window; however, the pick-up takes days to get accomplished.
I got a 15-yarder for what was a reasonable price + $60 additional for a street permit, but what I didn't expect was the upcharges on what they claimed was extra tonnage. I disagreed with the assessed weight and the additional charges. My thought is there must be a mix-up somewhere. Budget Dumpster does not provide any validation for their findings or the extra charges.
They will not address that potentially other materials were added after pick-up or provide documentation supporting their claim of such a weight being picked up from my residence?

It's unfortunate that I write such a review, but future customers need to be aware.

July 8th -Received an email with a photo from Budget Dumpster of a man holding a weight ticket, this was consider documentation?

Picked up & delivered as was agreed upon !! For the length of time for the rental , was cost effective !

The whole process was easy. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

When inquiring about this service I spoke to a helpful, well informed person. Afterwards everything that we were told was on spot. (when the dumpster would arrive , it was put in the correct spot, it was removed when it was scheduled.) I would use this company again.
