This is my second time with Budget Dumpster. I like that i dealt with real people, Lydia was awesome..I could text her phone and ask questions, laugh with her and it felt like a personal caring experience. I was always blown away at how spotlessly clean the dumpster are. I mean shiny and clean smelling. Delivered when you want and everything done with a smile. The invoices were emailed and both experiences were smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this company!

In addition to having great rates and a smooth appointment system, BD's communications were awesome. They make sure you're informed about what to expect and they deliver what they promise, WHEN they promise. Originally, I had to schedule my pickup on the first available date, which was one day later than my rental term. BD contacted me to say I wouldn't be charged for that extra day. A few hours later they contacted me again to let me know they'd had a cancellation on the date I requested to begin with, so I got my pickup on that date after all. I was totally impressed by the heads-up way they monitor the whole process and look for chances to make the service even better.

I ordered and paid for a 15 yard dumpster and was delivered a 12 yard dumpster. After multiple calls showing pictures of the dumpster and tape measured dimensions proving it was a 12 yard size, they insisted it was actually 15 yards and refused to do anything about it.

Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and finally offered a refund for the price difference. This doesn't help with the inconvenience of being unable to fit everything in the smaller dumpster, but at least they did something. My advice is still to check the dimensions when it's delivered

Least expensive rental rate, with longest rental time and low daily overage rate. Awesome customer service. Very friendly and willing to work toward your goals and needs.

If you’re looking for a dumpster company that really doesn’t want your business, look no further! The list of banned materials is longer than a CVS receipt — apparently, they want you to rent a dumpster but not actually put anything in it. Pickup? Only if you’re lucky. We scheduled multiple times and were met with silence and surprise charges instead. Asked to speak with management? Still waiting... maybe they’re on vacation. If you enjoy paying extra for less service and being completely ignored, this is the company for you!

This was my second experience using Budget Dumpster and will probably be my last. Prices went up on dumpster use - I believe 20%+. Even after telling the representatives I knew I was past my rental period and was ok paying the daily charge, I felt like they could not refer to my account notes that I was extending and would contact them when complete. Multiple emails and multiple calls after this fact made me believe they really did not have their processes down good. The last time they called, I just told them to come get the dumpster and I’ve had it with them. Save yourself a good bit of money and what sanity you have and just source a local company online.

Easy to set up, professional staff. Everything is explained and in writing and can be done over the phone and e mail after the initial phone call.

We rented a 30 yd dumpster for 4 days. They incorrectly retrieved it the same day. They promised a full refund when picking it up, then refused to honor it the next day, instead offering a $50 "apology". Customer service in unable/unwilling to connect me to a manager on the phone. You can call daily requesting a callback, and it never comes. I ended up filing a BBB complaint.

Drop off and pick up were easy to schedule.

I rented a 10 yard dumpster for $412.00. $412!! Got an email saying I was over the weight agreed upon. Guess I didn’t read the fine print on the weight limit, also didn’t have a scale to weigh everything I put in it.

Ordered a 20 yard dumpster.
Delivered a 15 yard dumpster.
Contacted customer service multiple times, sending pictures of what was delivered to me and screen caps of their website, verifying that what I had was a 15 yard dumpster.

Just kept telling me they checked with their dispatcher and I was sent a 20 yard roll off.

I even did the math for them over the phone, proving that the volume of my roll off was 16.3 yards, over 15, but NOT the 20 I ordered. But I was talking to a brick wall. I asked to talk to a supervisor via email, and the SAME person responded, saying she was a supervisor.

THEN, 2 weeks after picking it up, they bill me again, saying it was over weight. After all of our back and forth via email and telephone, I was almost expecting it, them going for one last twist of the knife.

Next time I’ll schedule direct, instead of using this broker. You should too. Budget Dumpsters is trash.

Be careful of this company as they are fraudulent. I was charged over $400 in overages when I only put lightweight materials in the dumpster. This company is a scam. Document everything you put in the dumpster or they will get you.

BEWARE! These people are Dumpster Brokers. A 40 yard dumpster should easily hold over 10,000 pounds BUT they only give you a 2 tons limit, which is only 4000 pounds. They then charge you for being over weight. They work with local dumpster companies and will ALWAYS say you were over weight! Is there any way you can prove that? They keep your Credit card on file and bill you for being over weight about a month later. To put this scam into reality, a tractor bucket of dirt weighs about 1 yard. The Dumpster itself is called a 40 yard dumpster. Now yards and tons are fairly close in size. SO, if you rent a 40 yard dumpster and pay VERY close attention to the weight limit they give you, which is a laughable 2 tons( about 2 tractor buckets full of dirt- about 6 feet wide by 2 feet tall by 2 feet deep) how much empty space will you have on a dumpster that holds 40 yards? A whole bunch! Do you see the scam here? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

This is the second time we've used this company. The first time there was no issue. This time they claim they came out, but couldn't deliver it. There was no explanation given and there is nothing different about our house or our access. They charged us $95 for this supposed attempt. We had multiple adults home at the time and there was no phone call, knock on the door or any attempt to reach us and say there was an issue. They just get to claim they tried and then they charge you $95. I wouldn't trust them.

Made is even easier to extend our pickup by another week. Reasonable pricing and on time!
