They got me the dumpster with one day's notice. I couldn't order it until my customer gave me a deposit. They stepped up and got me the dumpster on time. There was an access problem with pickup, but they helped me out. Definitely using them next time.

I placed an order on April 24 and requested the dumpster to be removed on April 29. On that day, I received an email confirming it would be removed the same day. However, the dumpster was not removed as promised.I contacted customer service and was told it would be picked up within two days. It has now been four days, and the dumpster is still on site. This delay has seriously affected my project schedule.

I ordered the dumpster for clearing out my mother's home for sale. I told them I lived out of town and that helpers were clearing the house. the customer service was good. However, I requested removal of the dumpster when it was not full. I also called them to remove it on time because neighbors were dumping in it and they need to come get it. The representative I spoke with said they would be out and not to worry.

Several weeks later I received another invoice for overage. I did NOT get a call when they picked it up that it was over. they did NOT send me any notice or records that it is over.

I should have read their 20+ complaints on Better Business Bureau

I do NOT recommend this company.

They never dropped off the dumpster and charged a $200 fee for supposedly not being able to get down our 24-foot wide road, after they told us they would send someone to assess the drop site prior to delivery. Another company delivered an even wider box the very next day with no problem.

Austin did a fantastic job! He was very informative when we were getting quotes and very nice. The competition could take a lesson! Set up and pickup was flawless. I would highly recommend Budget for your next project.

Dumpster companies are incredibly frustrating. They will only talk to you on line, or the dumpsters they will rent you are not right for the job. Most frustrating of all is when you need to change something like extending the time you have dumpster. There is no one to talk to. Discount Dumpsters answers the phone, knows what they are talking about, does what they say they will do, communicates with you all the time and they do all this in the nicest way. If you need a dumpster I could not recommend Discount Dumpsters enough. They are great!!!

This company damaged my driveway while attempting to place the dumpster. The dumpster was never successfully placed and my driveway was significantly damaged. The company refuses to accept responsibility and claims to have done an investigation determining that my property doesn’t support the weight of their dumpsters. No accountability. Trash.
