Bug Md made pest solutions easy and manageable for everyone!
I’ve been using BugMD’s pest control concentrate and spray for a little while. The application process is straightforward, and the instructions are clear. The spray has a light scent that isn’t overwhelming, and it seems to reduce the number of bugs indoors. The packaging is simple but practical, and the product was easy to store. I can’t say it works instantly on everything, but overall it has been consistent and reliable enough for regular use.

Put in my steam cleaner to help with a fresh scent
The odor eliminator spray works pretty good. I actually put it in my steam cleaner to help with a fresh scent and I clean my trash cna out with it. Works very well. Light natural scent. Good clean ingredients.

Best stain & oder remover
I bought the BugMD stain & oder eliminator. I have 2 dogs. One medium n one small. Sometimes they have accidents in the house. I've tried so many different cleaners n nothing ever works but I was surprised to find BugMD stain & oder eliminator worked. It removed the stain and there was no more smell. It leave a slight oder from the cleaner but that didn't last long. I will continue to buy this product. I will also recommend it to other pet owners.

Why would anyone use this it has clove oil and that alone could harm a pet are you kidding me essential oils great lavender mint are ok but clove oil we need a lawyer for this scam company shut them down alone with the deceptive sales Tatics saying one price and get done and it’s 130.00 plus try and cancel nope restock fee and etc fees don’t buy first it could harm your pet I don’t care clove oil is poison to dogs even watered down how can you sell such a toxic chemical to be used on your pets I stand by my review I can save a pet I will

Poor customer service and poor product
First of all very hard to get a hold of customer service. When I finally did. The representative did not help me up there 25 minutes so I asked to speak to the supervisor who did not help me either because he said it was passed the 30 day limit, but the product was faulty when I received it which I opened two months later, he refused to replace the sprayer for me, and was not willing to help me in anyway so I would give them a zero rating. Very manipulative
Very manipulative - disturbing and scammy company. They make an offer - which is untruthful - leading you to believe you will receive a one thing - but then before you can read what you are truly ordering and paying for - they slam dunk your ccard- for an unbelievable amount of $$$$$$. Tells you it's $19.99 and then ups the amount to almost $150. That's nuts - if you want to cancel since they never show you what you are agreeing to till it's too late - they will allow u to cancel for 30% less than a full refund. When BugMD is the real cause. Obviously they are greedy, desperate and shady. They deserve the bad Karma they project.

Natural Pest Control
I tried BugMD because I wanted something safer around my kids and pets. The spray has a lighter scent than harsh chemicals, and it seemed to cut down on bugs in my kitchen even after a heatwave. Shipping was fairly quick and the directions were clear. So far, it feels like a good natural alternative for small pest issues.

The product doesn't work AT ALL! If anything it P**ses fleas off more!Its definitely not a preventative! It is also making my cats sick! It says effective on dogs and cats....LIES! Customer service SUCKS! Its all AI generated btw....... You have to pay this fee and that fee to return it oh and also shipping...... when the product is a scam! Its soapy, if you touch it when wet it literally like you scrubbed a bottle of dawn dish soap on your pets! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Doesn't work like they say
I haven't even had this product for a week and I've already gone through a full bottle of it it is not helping with the fleas my little dog is still pulling her fur out it definitely does not do what it says

Watch Out - You may be signed up monthly!
I ordered the bags that are supposed to make the mice leave the area where they are located. The mice really liked the baggies and tore them open. They did not leave. Waste of money.
Then I found out that the company signed me up for a VIP Membership while I was in the hospital! I caught that they were charging my credit card $10.81 a month for 3 months before I caught it. I asked them to cancel, which they did. But they will not refund the unauthorized 3 months of charges.

Earth friendly and kid approved
I am always looking for Earth friendly options in any of the products I purchase. It comes to no shock that I would do the same for an insect repellent especially with some of the truly harmful chemicals that they put into some of them. I live by the river and I go fishing often so I need an insect repellent that really works. BugMDs spray definitely made fishing on a night with no wind comfortable. My son said he didn’t get bit at all and now it has been our go to product.

I was skeptical when I ordered it
I was skeptical when I ordered it. But was pleasantly surprised when I used it. No nasty chemical smells, it was actually pleasant. The biggest plus other than getting rid of my bug problem was it’s totally safe around my pets. I didn’t have to worry about my two children getting their toys in contact with it. Now for the best part!! The bugs I sprayed for are totally gone. I sprayed Friday afternoon, cleaned the are again and resprayed Saturday. Not a trace to be seen. Give it a try you will be happy you did!!

BugMD is safe
I know BugMD is for all kinds of insects and bugs. I tried BugMD and I love it. I had a ton of ants this year, more than usual. I no longer have ants on and in everything. BugMD is safe around kids and pets. The essential oils in BugMD has a nice scent. No chemicals, natural and nontoxic.

I am really impressed with this! I've been very impressed with all bugmd products! It's my absolute go to brand for anything rodent or bugs!
