I can't endorse this product at ALL...the fleas do not perish on co tact with the spray...they only get angry and dig in and draw blood...this solution does not have an odor of essential oils...its soapy, my guess is they are marketing Dawn dish detergent

I really love this product! I live in the south so fleas are always a concern. I spray my pets bedding and around my door frames and never have to worry throughout the summer. it has a very pleasant smell from the essential oils. most importantly, I feel very safe using it around my fur babies since it’s all natural ingredients. i’ll keep buying it over and over!

I was searching for a natural and affordable product. Finally, after so much wasted money. BugMD can't to the rescue. It's affordable and natural. No nasty chemical smells or worrying about my pets or grandchildren being harmed. BugMD will be my go to from now on for any bugs. I'm excited to try their other products.

I have been using 5 or 6 BugMD products the past few years. I love the gnat catcher that you plug in. It has a very subtle light that attracts bugs in your kitchen, and then they stick to the sticky pad on the back. I use the spray bottle that comes with refills in my bathrooms, kitchen, and around all of my doors inside and outside. No harsh chemical smells. I never see bugs in my house anymore!

This is such a great product! Living in Florida, pest control is a necessity. And I have tried many different products. This one takes the cake and definitely helps combat bug issues in my house. Thank you, BugMD.

I absolutely love their products. I have nasty allergies and can’t use a tub of the other stuff but BugMD is simply amazing it’s all natural ingredients and safe for pets /humans. So I don’t need to worry about my children or animals getting sick. My absolute favorite item the make is the squito stickers both my boys are highly allergic to bite and stings mosquitoes being one of the worst, however I pop one of those on them and those suckers stay where they belong and away from my kiddos. I completely suggest anyone and everyone give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

This product is excellent. I’ve started using it when I couldn’t get rid of some insects inside my house as well as outside. It works very well. It works very quickly too. Best part is it doesn’t have a bad smell and it’s not toxic.

I am using this product for years in my classroom and in my house. It keeps insects away and not toxic. I use it outside as well to keep flies away. None in my house got sick.

Will not give me return RMD for products that I can not use. Tried email. Chat. Messages. Phone call without getting the information. AUG 4 - SEPT 9

Several Better Business complaints.

I have three cats and one dog. The dog and one cat are both inside and outside pets. I use this to spray my dog’s bedding and the area where they run. It seems to help with the fleas. I also spray it around my back porch and front porch to control flies. It is multi purpose and helps with the controlling of all those pesty little bugs.

Love how the pest control products are safe for pets and babies. I've also tried the odor and stain remover, it works great! I have an older cat that sometimes doesn't make it to the litter box and this kills an odors fast!

Very Bad Customer Service Non-Existence-AI Response to all requests. I have yet to receive a simple request for a RMA number required to return a product that I attempted to cancel way before the product shipped. I contacted their support team via email support and left several messages at their phone number 949-502-0148, and have not had a real response, other than, an automated response that they will get back to me. (STILL WAITING FOR --RMA#) Simple request that they refuse to respond to.
They requested feedback after the product was delivered (that I attempted to cancel)

Horrible experience with this horrible “company”. All of their customer service reps are outsourced. No Americans. I hope trump does something about this. Secondly horrible service from the beginning to end. Not only did they charge me for 10 bottles and refused my refund. Then making me wait until a district manager can approve my case to get a refund. Then proceeds to tell me. Well we can customize the order for 2 instead of 10. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for this package and it shows sitting in Whittier California not moving. Just called customer service some Chinese answered the phone. Seemed like I knew more about the company than he did. Outsourcing pos. Not true American company. Don’t be fooled. Horrible company deserved to be shut down. I will be complaining to the BBB as well.

I purchased a package deal with flea and tick spray and stain and odor eliminator. First thing...the odor eliminator DOESN'T eliminate any odor at all. And the flea and tick spray doesn't work either. I had to go back to using other good prevention methods to protect my baby. She had never had fleas or ticks and she had 2 after a walk and the vet had to help me. The odor eliminator I use on her potty tray to minimize the smell between changes (every other day). My home smelled like I had cows living inside. POOPH IS NOW MY ONE AND ONLY. It gets rid of smells within minutes or less and we go 2-3 days between liner change if we go outside enough. PEOPLE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY LOST. DON'T USE BUGMD. POOPH IS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT FOR SMELLS. ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN THE FLEA AND TICK SPRAY. 3 THUMBS DOWN 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I’ve tired many of the products from BugMD and I'm very impressed. They work quickly and don't have a toxic smell. Quality products at a great price.

I used 2 misquito repellant bug md bracelets (1 per arm and 4 misquito repellant green stick on disks), (4 as recommended). The misquitos landed right next to the bracelets and started drilling down. Bottom line, THEY DO NOT WORK. Don't waste your money. I will try to get a refund. Very disappointing!

The smell gets rid of humans...mice not so much.
The smell snd I'm guessing ability to work, lasts about a week.
What got rid of my problems? Not this. Traps, 5' away from their bag. The mice ignored the stink
