bulkbuydirect.co.uk Reviews

Have used these a few times. Very good pricing and fast delivery!

Please find another supplier! what a painful experience! From customer service to delivery. I am trying to find a different company…

Please stay away from them!

7-9 days delivery and I have to chase every time. In this specific occasion they attempted once and never came back. I am still waiting for the refund!!

Ease of ordering and good delivery service

Delivery was prompt and delivered to my door by a smiling, helpful man.
I didn’t have to worry about carrying heavy shopping as I am a disabled woman in my twilight years. Thank you for everything.

good service and quick delivery

This is my second time buying water from bulk buy , I was informed prior to my water being delivered what time it will be delevered. The delivery driver went above and beyond and help my water inside my property

Easy buy saved a lot of time going to the shops

It’s so easy using bulkbuy direct, as im disabled and would struggle to go to costco to purchase waters. I can literally buy and get it delivered to my doorstep. And the drivers are wonderful also, they bring inside my house for me and that is exceptional because i would struggle without them. Bulkbuy direct are life changing, honestly very flexible and useful. For big items or even if u cant get out the house, you may pay a little extra than you would in store, but it makes alot sense because your getting door service. So they are perfect for me! Thanks alot guys

Discounted free delivery code, good value for me. Absolutely awesome experience.

I have ordered from Bulkbuydirect a pack of 20x750ml Highland water bottles more than 2 weeks ago. Today i have received the order but to my surprise i have received a different pack of 24x500ml pack water bottles. I wasnt informed about the change by anyone and now i am waiting for a response from them. Really appalled by this

Scammers. Placed an order 8 days ago, no delivery, no emails. Have now sent a prelegal request for my money back.

Listen to the bad reviews as that is the truth of my experience.

They were on time, very polite and helpful. I order every month and I am happy with them . Thank you!

Delivered half of my order (and not in the 7 days guaranteed) delivery man said the rest was out of stock and would be delivered 2-3 days later, I have never received those products worth over £50 a month after ordering, I've sent several emails and not received a response to any, what a scam.

an exchange of emails reassured us that the order was underway and the lady delivery driver was exceptionally helpful and great sense of humour.

Generally positive, easy to purchase, great product ranges, friendly, excellent customer service. I order every month. Affordable and reasonable prices.

The speed of the delivery and the options available to stock are niche and much more reliable then other wholesalers.

Great service for heavy goods. Delivered on time and the customer service was great! Will use again.

I just wanted to write a review to give you my experience.
I ordered from Bulk Buy Direct specifically because their website promises delivery 'within 7 days subject to stock'.
For many reasons I was ordering late for my daughters party, they offered fast delivery and they were a fair bit cheaper for what I needed.
My order did arrive, exactly as I wanted, on day 11.
Still not horrendously late but stressful if you're on a tight schedule.
Would I order from them again?
At this point in time I'm not sure as others on here haven't received their orders at all.

Awesome customer service - really friendly and went out of way to help. Really responsive when I messed up my order! Delivery was super quick and friendly delivery driver carried all the heavy stuff for me. Would definitely order again.

I have only used this company 1 time, I ordered & paid for 48 x 330ml bottles of coke, I received 48 x 200ml bottles of coke. I have contacted them about their error & am waiting to hear back from them. If I am satisfied with how they handle things, I may update my review.
