Having purchased many sliding door tracks, and then misslaying the end stops (somehow...) we were left high and dry with a looming handover date. Individual parts are not listed on the website, however Karolina, within minutes had sourced what we required and had them overnighted to us to get us out a rather large hole. The proffessionalism and urgency she demonstraited in getting what I could only describe an inconvenient job for her, but an absolutly critical requirement for us, was far above and beyound what I expected. It showd a exemplary company culture of EVERY order is a critical one - not just the ones worth £££££. Hat off to you all - a perfect display for customer service. Thank you. superb !

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Karolina in office was brilliant, didn’t realise I had ordered wrong parts, when I spoke to karolina she sorted quickly without hesitation. Super fast delivery.

Excellent service from Karolina at Buller . I had a couple of cupboard hinges that had failed .
I contacted Buller , sent them a photo and they correctly identified the correct hinge .
I ordered the hinges which arrive 2 days later and they fit perfectly thank you

Company was easily contactable by phone to discuss item before ordering (this is commendable in this day and age!). Subsequently easily ordered and delivered quickly and efficiently. After an internet search, which revealed nothing useful I found these side mounted Left and Right mini larder pullouts from Buller. Items were just what was needed to fit through a 300mm. They were fitted by my kitchen fitter and work perfectly. Thoroughly recommend Buller as a company

Iv been using buller for about 4years now and they are a fantastic company, they have a great product range at great prices.. and anything they dont have im sure they will be happy to source for you. They also have reliable delivery service, im lucky enough to be able to collect from store as they are local to me and they are all such nice people and a pleasure to deal with.
I will continue to use buller and wouldnt go anywhere else for cabinetry hardware

From start to finish a great service provided and they had just the hinges i needed at a great price. Ordering over Christmas the hinges arrived as promised allowing the completion of the task. Great communication from a friendly and helpful company. No hesitation i will use them for all my needs now

Excellent customer service. I had a request to see if they could supply just one small part of an existing soft closing mechanism. After checking their supplies in the warehouse I had a call to say they would send out the the part for delivery the following day. Really pleased with the whole interaction & experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 3 pairs of drawer runners, fitted them, spent a few hours trying to ease them, pack them out etc to try make them work better! When I went back to fit fronts, the drawers were worse and did it work at all, so I bought runners from another company and changed them over, new ones worked a dream and with no packing out or easing! I emailed buller a nice email with a video evidence that runners were faulty and not fit for purpose, they said I could have credit! I said I’ve already changed runners so no need for credit, and asked for full refund, and if they wanted me to send runners back to see if they could work out why don’t work, they replyed with no need to send back and will refund u money! A week passed with no refund, so emailed them nicely chasing up refund, no reply! So waited another week and sent them a sturn email saying wanted refund by Monday or will write a bad review and be looking to take it further! With no reply again, so they basically don’t care about there customers or there reputation!!!!!!!

I ordered three drawer kits and three sets of drawer runners. I was really impressed by the quality of the drawers which were made out of nice smooth plywood with rounded top edges which almost looked polished! All I had to do was glue them together and I ended up with something far better than I'd have made myself. The drawer runners look really high quality and good value for money. I'm looking forward to installing them over the Christmas period as my "occupational therapy" in order to avoid the festive season as best I can!

I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company in terms of both their service and the quality of what they supply.

Buller’s service so quick and professional I was almost embarrassed to request a refund.

I buy a a poket door fd30 around 480£ the frame come crack- so they said need contacting the provider of the frame, and maybe can have replace, i said i cannot replace and I can fix by my self because im joinery. After this response no one come back to me for guve me deal or part refund. Never again this shop.

Ordered a carousel from them on eBay one of the shelves was damaged, Contacted them got a reply straight away with a replacement sent out next day. Thank you if only all eBay Sellars were as prompt and efficient as this company.

I needed to replace a broken hinge on my kitchen unit and had some difficulty identifying the correct parts.

Nobby and Lukas at Buller Ltd were incredibly helpful through email and online chat, patiently explaining to me about the different parts, and how to identify the correct versions of the parts that I needed.

The website allows you to order material and pay for it even though it’s not in stock. Then they tell you some days later there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order. The company does not operate a stock management system linked to their own website. In this day and age, really? If i had known this at the time i would have gone elsewhere, if you don’t want to be disappointed you know what to do.
