I needed a pocket door system and through all my research on the web Buller stood out because their products were easy to find, reasonably priced against competitors, the website was easy to navigate clearly laid out and what sealed it for me was the video instructions on how install the system; the video was how I learnt how the pocket door works, its components and how to install it for an a DIYer like me. Then, when I had additional DIYer questions on exactly what to order I used the online chat and spoke to Rafael who was incredibly helpful and responsive. As a DIYer who's never installed one before he was patient and answered all my in-depth questions about CLS carcasing size for the door kit I was buying, exactly what size kit to buy for my non standard door size and how the soft door closer is installed and functions. I ordered pocket door systems, soft closer and door jam kit for around £200 all in with free delivery right after the chat with a promised delivery of 2 to 3 working days so all. I expected to pay a more than this for everything including a significant delivery cost. I'm actually considering another door in the house to pocket up but after I've experienced actually installing this first one. Dont buy from this company, they didnt refund the item i returned and also they did inform that the goods were damaged fare enough but they didnt mention that they will not send the item back and it will be disposed off in 30days. So now i paid £230 which is in there account plus the items i paid for in there possesion. And they refuse to help.. stay away from such a poor service
They buying items from otger companies and adding there profit on it and send it from anotger supplier

bought some tracks, but the delivery company bent them in transit. i didn't notice until many weeks later when i came to use them. Buller sent out new tracks really quickly, even though i should have made them aware of the delivery defect much earlier. very fair.

I had a query regarding one of the sliding door products I had ordered from Buller Ltd. I received a very quick response from Mila who provided the solution. Very impressed with the level of customer service. Excellent!

Really Happy
I ordered some C shape aluminium profile to cover the shelf edges on some really bad Marine ply. The quality of the marine ply I purchased was shocking and the ply laminated edges were supposed to be a feature. They had voids that were visible everywhere so I decided to cover them with Aluminium C sections and I’m glad I did. The shelves have now got a real contemporary look and actually look better than if I would have left them.
They fitted over the ply edges perfectly with little effort and with a tiny amount of mastic there is no chance of them coming off if you are dragging things off the shelves.
I would have expected each piece to cost a fair bit but I Only paid £64 including delivery for the minimum order of 6 pieces @ 3 meters each.
The delivery was rapid and well communicated for the moment I placed the order.
I know I sound like Victor Meldrew moaning about the ply but as a carpenter I’m sick of people charging twice as much post covid for a product that is half as good.
This saved the job.

I’ve used Buller Ltd for over x4 years now. The quality of the products is excellent. I recently had an issue with one of x9 items I purchased. I send images and a 30sec video to demonstrate the problem. The company who made the item are based in Germany and after forwarding my video they sent a replacement unit superbly packed. Buller staff interceded throughout, were helpful and kept me updated continually. I will always buy from this company, you pay for what you get and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Mila went the extra mile, my questions were awkward but she got parts off the shelf and measured them, sketched things to confirm what I wanted, eventually getting me the non-standard information I needed.

My item was damaged in transit, I contacted Buller via online chat and dealt with Mila, she was amazing, within 5 minutes she had sorted out my issue and got a replacement sent to me free, excellent service, very impressed and will use again.

I ordered a blind corner unit. Was really easy to install (the videos make life easier!), the delivery was quick and communication excellent. Really happy with the product and it is exactly as described.

I bought the pull out baskets from them. Comparing with other online shops, their prices are fair. I received it next day and the basket and runners are very solid and strong, well made. Installation is easy and it makes my kitchen pretty and organised. I am very happy with their products and I will order more.

Excellent service I ordered some draw runners I contacted them to find out about delivery and they gave me 2 potential days due to delay I asked them to try for the first and they did can’t recommend them enough thank you in this current climate where things are always arriving late or not at all I truly appreciate your reliability.
