Bought the hinge opening restrictors to stop new cupboards hitting the walls and they work great

Bought a carousel fo my kitchen unit but it came short or scews. I sent an email and within the hour got a call apologising and screws were couriered to me next day. Great quality product and superb customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

Very efficient service. Products we ordered are fantastic quality, very sturdy and look very stylish.
One shelf arrived damaged (probably fault of the courier) but a replacement was with me the next day!

One type of thing I ordered was picked incorrectly and 11 of the wrong item arrived. All credit to Buller because without fuss they will dispatch the correct item by next day delivery .

I have just purchased a number of items from Buller to enable my Carpenter to fit two repurposed doors to a house extension. My order and the various items were quickly attended to and the goods despatched to me in a timely fashion.

The quality of the product is first class and I am very happy with what has been supplied, albeit one item (a soft close bracket) was in fact not required. Bullers website indicated I might need this item, so I purchased it just in case, however such was the quality of the door track they supplied, it was actually not needed.

Having tried to return the item today (unused, untouched and still in the original unopened packing), Buller are refusing to refund me, this on the grounds the product was delivered over 28 days ago.

Whilst there is no legal obligation for them to offer a refund, you would have thought that as good customer service they would have accepted the return. I have after all spent a reasonable sum of money with them in recent weeks and only purchased the additional item because they indicated I may need it.

A shame to have to leave a one star review because it would have been five stars had the agent (Lukas) applied some common sense to my request. Instead, all I get is an e-mail saying (I can't change our company T & C's) and you are stuck with our product as a result.

Most businesses are more accommodating than this so just a note of caution that if your project is going to take longer than 28 days you may wish to consider buying elsewhere.

I ordered 5 sets of metal sliding drawers for my cupboards as I'm finding it difficult to access shelves, especially the bottom ones. I searched on eBay but most of them came from China so I ordered them from Buller. What can I say, lovely quality, well packed, quick delivery (no charge!) and excellent communication. One happy bunny! would use again and recommend.

Good experience and personable service. Very good quality products that are easy to install. I had an issue with 2 returned items due to over ordering, however following an exchange of e-mails with Mila I was happy with how they resolve the problem.

Quality wise I would definitely recommend the kitchen pull out drawers and would use them again in future installations. Delivery is fast. Thanks

Ordered four different items two arrived with in a few days, the other items were delayed several times and we were constantly kept informed as to the dates thay were promised the last date thay informed them could still change, I asked if they could recommend a replacement item of the same specification thay told me I could upgrade to a higher speck items in stock at no extra cost, I accepted, thay delt with it straight away and thay arrived earlier the next day, excellent service and will definitely be using them soon again.👍

An excellent company to deal with, products arrive as described if there is any issue it's resolved quickly. Staff are very helpful, over all I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

(If I could select 0 stars i would have) Ordered some drawer rails from buller, they came faulty. I had to wait 9 days to get a replacement approved and sent to me. Staff was rude when attempting to resolve the issue. Also only way to contact is by email (no customer service phone number). Avoid.

We bought a Carosel from Buller and had a fault with the mounting brackets, so we contacted them and explained the issue!!
Mila dealt with the problem from start to finish and we eventually got a total new Carosel replacement!! Mila did a great job and dealt with it all very professionally!!
So Thankyou to Mila, Buller Ltd and the manufacturer of the Carousel for helping us and supplying us with a Brand new Carousel. Great Job all round.
My motto has always been that problem do and always will occur from time to time but it’s how that problem is dealt with by customer service that is the difference between success and failure!!

Replaced a tool with no charge.

Bought items, good quality and quick delivery. Unfortunately prices seem to have risen but that is to be expected in current climate.

I ordered some cabinet baskets from Buller. Because it's a new built a lot of the companies are having delivery problems to the property. The distributor couldn't find the delivery address a few times. Buller contacted everyone including myself to clarify the delivery instructions and managed to get the order to my door. Thank you Mila for the dedication!

Ordered from this company at short notice. The builder said he was arriving the next day. They got the product to us the next day. Outstanding service. Then one part was not working so I messaged the company. The problem was dealt with within one hour. Amazing. And a new part was promptly dispatched.

Delivery of item was quick and efficient. Unfortunately there was a fault with one of the items, but on contacting the supplier they have organised a replacement part which is anticipated delivered on the next working day. Can not fault this customer service
