Delivered a day after requested, could've got better buying the cheapest bunch from Coles, delivered in a cardboard Box with the vase just inside the box, flowers weren't in water, defiantly nothing like what was in the picture, Would NOT recommend at all, I emailed them with photo's and my complain and got told all they can do is a $30 credit, um no thankyou I will never use them again.

If I could give 0 I would! I paid $80 for biggest sized arrangement full of "vibrant "Breathtaking Blooms ir Mason Jar" bouquet bursting with a kaleidoscope of colors" with peach roses, graceful pink alstroemeria, and whimsical pink snapdragons. But what was sent was roses, carnations and weed flowers in yellow and white. Looked like a petrol station crap! And the chocolates weren't classy Belgium like they state but cheap alternatives.
Their response has only been $30 in house credit! Do not buy from here, wish I read reviews first or just do local!!!

I have ordered, got an email day the flowers are due to be delivered, advising they will be 2-4 days in transit after agreed delivery day, offered me a gift pack instead.

I asked for a full refund as the date is the fundamental reason why I have ordered flowers, told not possible to deliver, or issue a refund as order has been confirmed.

I email since, the flowers cannot be delivered on the agreed date, I do not accept the delayed delivery or the substitute gift pack. The fundamental part of my purchase was the delivery.
I am exercising my rights under the Australian Consumer Law and request a full refund.

Please confirm order has been cancelled and advise when the refund will be processed.

I have heard nothing from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We requested a next day delivery as a family member was dying. The flowers didn't arrive even 4 days later when he passed away. We then had to fight for over a month to get a refund! Being fobbed off and lied to for the whole time. How are they still in business??

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! The quality of the items received were completely deplorable. The order came unfulfilled (missing items) the flowers came in crepe paper and broken / old in a ripped cardboard box, and the customer service is horrendous. Please don’t ever purchase from this company, I urge you!!

Didn’t even get my flowers and when trying to source the flowers that I jsut spent $70 on….no response. What a joke. Do not buy from this company you will get ripped off.

No contact re order eta, no same day delivery, no answer when calling.. no customer service or care when talking next day to Dave.. either incompetent or just ignoring my concerns for my order or system doesn’t work. On phone for 26 minutes and asked me 3 times for the order code???? What was he doing the first 2 times??? Then refused to put manager on and claimed he was in charge of all operations as he was the only one there?????

What I ordered and whaat was delivered late was nothing alike. My friends flowers arrived three days late in a box with a box of vita wheat crackers???? My friends name was spelt wrong on the card.
My friend is going through her last round of chemo for breast cancer and I thought it would be nice to send flowers to celebrate as I’m in another state. Very disappointing. I’m embarrassed for this company and a good reminder to read reviews before purchasing.

Never ever use Bunches and Stems! Dreadful wilted flower delivery ( left over the fence for me to find at a later date. The follow up from the “Care” team ( I use the word ironically) was even worse. After a series of complaints and initially indicating they would replace the shabby delivery they have eventually decided not to. BE WARNED, worst flower company ever.

Disgusting service and a complete rip off. Spent $133 on the 'unforgettable' bouquet which looked like something from a servo. Left at a side gate and not front door as requested. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a Trio of roses with a glass vase - order 48542 for a friend. They called day of delivery to advise it would be late then when gift actually arrived, there was only 2 roses not 3! Emailed them, received one response to advise they looking into it but heard nothing since….
Very disappointed especially when they playing with peoples lives!!

This company is misleading. You think you are ordering from a local florist (I searched for Adelaide florists) but it's not a local company. Then the flowers were so crappy and not what was advertised. Not worth the $75 I paid. It's like they went down to Woolworths and bought some flowers on sale. They offered me store credit so I asked them to resend some nicer flowers. Total silence then. I just feel crappy because these were for mum Mum's birthday and she's 81.

I found this page as l really wanted to tell people about my negative experience. If l only could see all these reviews before, l would never purchase from them! We've all fallen victims of this terrible business. It must be a reason they don't have Google review page, they know they're bad.

If I could score minus zero I would. Spent $100 to send flowers same day delivery to a friend who had lost a very close family member very suddenly. It is now EIGHT DAYS later and the flowers still haven't been delivered. The only "positive" (and I use this word loosely) is that they respond to my enquiry emails - the bad news? They just reply with identically worded "We are sorry for your frustration ...." emails which give me no information about when or if the flowers will be delivered. Have never encountered such appalling customer service / business behaviour - just disgraceful.

The experience I have had with this company has resulted in a formal complaint to Fair Trading NSW and a bank transaction dispute.
I ordered their advertised "Breathtaking Blooms in a Mason Jar" for next day delivery. I had to chase up the order for over a week with multiple phone calls and emails to the company chasing up my purchased order. The company workers kept giving me the excuse "your order is in transit, it should be arriving today" every day from the ordered delivery date. When I requested a refund due to the order not arriving the company replied with "we are unable to refund orders that have been sent out" then every time I requested to speak to a manager regarding the non delivery the company stated "there are no managers available to talk to you, one will call you tomorrow". The original order was placed on the 8th of July for delivery on the 9th of July. It is currently the 22nd of July and I have still yet to hear from any managers of the business. I did however get hung up on by a "customer service" call taker and have not had a single phone call answered since being hung up on. I have sent multiple in depth emails. With replies from the business taking over 3 days and the replies disregard everything my email had stated and argued. As stated the order was made on the 8th of July for delivery on the 9th of July. A delivery was eventually made via Armex on the 14th of July, the delivery included a bunch of flowers that were nothing like the advertised arrangement that I purchased not to mention the flowers were wilted and dying. You can honestly get a better bunch of flowers from a local service station or grocery store on your way home. I sent another lengthy and detailed email to this company with attached photos of the appalling flowers they deemed acceptable for delivery - as they are still not answering my calls. As expected the company has still yet to email or call me regarding this disgusting service.

How this company/business is still operating is baffling.

Very very poor experience. Advertising same day delivery to then recieve an email saying it would take 3 days- for a recipient in hospital who would be discharged by then- absolutely no communication and the little communication I did recieve was an automated generic email. I then received notification that the flowers had been delivered, however they’re still no where to be seen or heard of from the hospital or the recipient. Very poor service. I only wish I’d read reviews prior to my order!

I placed an order on the 13th JULY. the flowers arrived 17 July in a very sorry state. Wilted and smelling. I have asked for a refund after twice sending an email with pictures attached but had no response from the company. I have tried to call and was placed on hold. This is the worst service I have ever experienced do not use this company.

This was, without a doubt, the worst flower delivery service I have ever experienced.

Five-day-old, wilted flowers were eventually thrown over my friend's fence after we had already advised they could not be accepted because they had spent days sitting in a delivery van.

Their idea of an apology? A packet of Sakata seaweed crackers.

To make matters worse, they have refused to provide a refund and instead expect me to accept another delivery of flowers. After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence that a replacement would be any better.

The entire experience—from the poor quality of the flowers to the shocking customer service—has been incredibly disappointing. I would never use this company again and certainly couldn't recommend them to anyone.

If there was less than one star, I would do that.
Absolutely appaling company. I placed two orders, neither of which they could fulfill.
2 weeks later, I am still fighting to get my money back. Apparently I cancelled my order 3 days before I placed my order. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.
