Vinyl arrived was damaged have had no choice but to lay it as have no carpet down

I bought the vinyl then chose the day for it to be delivered as I was away. The day I chose was completely ignored and the vinyl was delivered to my home, left outside in the rain for 4 days and by the time I got back ( from a festival where there was no WiFi or signal) there were parts that were damaged. I am very upset. The sample was really nice but this has not been a good experience for me. Maybe it’s the delivery company and not Burt’s itself.

Amazing value. I saved £££s from buying here and then just sourced a local fitter.
I was quoted £1000 for this or similar with underlay and fitting and by sourcing it here and with a decent underlay I saved myself £500.
Everything arrived well packaged split into 3 loads and within a couple of days of ordering.
I am over the moon and would highly recommend.

Phil from Burts has gone above and beyond trying to get my carpet sent out in time for my carpet fitter and to tie his courier down to a delivery date. Burts use DX couriers who aren't very forthcoming with their communication, but this is the only negative. This company have a great range of carpets and underlay with extremely competitive prices. They really care about their customers, but my only advice is not to book a date with your carpet fitter and be extremely flexible with days for your delivery - notification tends to be a bit last minute.

Brilliant company to deal with - from the initial pre-order enquiry to delivery they were efficient and polite!
Upon enquiring about the carpet they went the extra mile to make sure it was delivered the next day and a small issue I had with the underlay they kept on top of the courier issue until it had been resolved!

Easy to order and quick delivery. Saw the product I wanted on the web site placed the order which was a super easy process and the item arrived 2 days later which was fantastic I Had previously ordered my chosen vynile from another company who after 5 weeks were unable to supply. Stumbled onto Burts online by accident and they had the exact vynile I needed. The rest is history so they say. The whole transaction was so simple, would i use Burts online again ? certainly would, plus the vynile was cheaper than original compaby which was a bonus.
If you want flooring at a good price, easy ordering and fast delivery then i can recommend Burts online they saved the day for me
