Bus Rental Reviews 

On our return trip from Branson, Missouri on September 14, 2019, the lives of our small church group (18 persons, primarily, senior citizens) were placed unnecessarily at risk in the Missouri Ozark Mountains due to a mechanical breakdown attributable to US Coachways negligence. This mechanical issue would have been detected if the coach, reportedly a recent purchase, was adequately inspected prior to the trip. Apparently, the coach had not been thoroughly inspected, evidenced by the fact that the restroom, an essential service, was not working. Most shocking, however, we requested that we wait at a rest stop for the replacement vehicle, contrary to the dispatcher's instruction that we "meet up" with the replacement vehicle by continuing to travel in the disabled vehicle that was spewing oil onto the highway.

Our efforts to obtain an equitable resolution to this matter have been futile, given our small church group received nonstandard services, the safety of our small church group was compromised, and our members experienced needless anxiety and extensive inconvenience. US Coachways has employed a protracted, heartless, piecemeal approach, beginning with a $300 refund and ending with a $700 refund and $100 credit for a future charter. Our latest request was for a refund of $1000.00, roughly one-half of the total costs of the charter.

We had a wonderful day! What could have been super stressful was a breeze. We can’t imagine better service, support, or a better day of experience. Not to mention that the price was the best out there. We highly recommend busrental.com!

Thomas was a great driver and very accommodating to our needs. The bus itself was a little smelly with a funky disinfectant odor, and the restroom was smelly. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

The bus was in great condition and very clean. The driver arrived ahead of schedule and got us to our destination on time. Most importantly we arrived there and back safely in a very comfortable bus. I would certainly use them for any future trips and highly recommended them to other groups for their transportation needs!

The bus was great and the driver was excellent. He was on time, he was extremely helpful at loading all of the teams hockey gear in to the back of the bus, he did the same when we arrived at the arena and he was friendly and a pleasure to travel with.

The bus was very clean and our driver was very attentive. He was on time and helped us all to have a great outing. We will definitely use them again.

I thought the driver and experience were great. But I had called to confirm the time, and when the bus driver showed up early, I got a fairly unfriendly call informing me that if we leave any later than the original time (which was only 15 minutes earlier), then I would be charged $100. $100 for 15 minutes is a steep price increase that they would not budge on for that. They informed me of this 20 minutes before we were supposed to depart, and it was impossible to gather everyone in time. That soured the experience quite a bit.

Adam our driver was AMAZING. We felt safe at all times. He was very friendly, helpful, professional. He made us feel like family. The bus was clean, comfortable and looked AMAZING! Adam seemed to really care about the bus like he was the owner. He spoke highly about it. We look forward to using Adam and his company for future events.

US coach handled our bus trips with ease and professionalism. Nick made sure the confirmation and scheduling process was seamless. Our drivers Fernando and Alex were on time an extremely professional. We would not hesitate to use US coach for next bus trip.

We had an overall terrific experience. Bathroom was in excellent condition and remained that way our entire trip. Our driver was excellent!

We had a great experience . Had to change from a handicapped accessible bus to a regular bus at the last minute and they were able to accommodate with no issue . Driver on time and a great guy !
