Customer service was terrible. Took too long for quotes and first estimate was too high. Buses showed up on time but one bus had a leak that prevented us from using all the seats because they were wet.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH NICK AFTER BOOKING TO CLARIFY ERRORS ON MY CONTRACT. BECAUSE OF THIS THE BUS PICKED UP 50+ PASSENGERS AND LEFT THE HOTEL 30 MINUTES TOO EARLY WHICH CAUSED ARRIVAL TO BE 15 MINUTES TOO EARLY CREATING A BACKUP AT THE VENUE WHICH WAS UNPREPARED FOR EARLY ARRIVALS

Driver was on time, bus was clean and ready to go. Driver was courteous and we had a great time.

Without his interaction with the bus load of aging pilots from another era, the trip would not have been the same. We appreciate the service you provided and the people you hire. I was a little concerned about timelines with ordering a tour bus for 50 people for a pick up in Queens. However there was absolutely no issues; the driver got there early and we departed on time with no issues getting around Queens. He was professional and I was very impressed with how he was able to maneuver the large bus in the small packed streets of Flushing! I highly recommend this bus company!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I requested a charter for an event based on a quote that they provided me 12 days before my event. When a week passed without receiving confirmation, I reached out to my sales rep by phone. He informed me in no uncertain terms that, while they had not finalized the booking, they would honor the fare quoted, and that I should I proceed with my plans. So imagine my surprise when at the close of business (approximately 6pm) on the Tuesday before my event scheduled on Saturday, I received an email from a completely different sales rep informing me that they in fact would not be honoring the fare, saying it would cost nearly 50% more than the price I was promised, and demanding that I inform them immediately if I would accept these extortionate terms. As they had cleverly timed this email for the close of business, I could not get the sales representative who sent the email on the phone. So in essence, they attempted to extort an additional $300+ from me, knowing that they were leaving me only THREE DAYS to find a replacement. Now they will correctly point out that their contract says reservations and pricing are not set and subject to change until you receive confirmation. However, their sales representative told me explicitly over the phone that my price would not increase, thereby robbing me of an additional week in which I could have been searching for a replacement. I cannot for the life of me imagine why they thought leaving me with three days notice after explicitly promising me that price would not increase is acceptable, but I disagree. As I attempted to make my reservation 12 days in advance, they had no reason to take the actions that they did, and their sales representative lied to me on the phone in order to keep me on the line so they could try and force me to pay nearly 50% more than I had agreed to by limiting my time to find a replacement. It frankly amounts to a shakedown. I will never so much as attempt to do business with this company again, and I am posting this review to warn others that they will engage in deceptive behavior to provide you with the lowest quote, and then force you pay far more.

The Good:
Driver was great. Very professional and friendly.
The Bad:
Terrible communication after I booked and paid for the bus. Itenenary asked for and submitted multiple times. Even then bus driver was expecting us an hour earlier to board than the itenerary stated. Bus was poor. At least 5 broken seats that only reclined completely pass the stop point making them unusable. For what I paid very disappointed. Will not use this company in the future.

Service excellent, buses arrived on time and were immculate, and the drivers were friendl/courteous

From making the reservation to the timeliness of the company for pick up and return, it was all done in a seamless manner. I will use them again for sure.

Everything went smooth from booking the bus through dropping our crew off after our event.

driver right on time. Did a good job with quick loading job and knew where he was going. He arrived on time at 10:00 and got us to Pearl River by 11:00.
