BuyAssociation Reviews

Very Happy! Georgia is amazing! She is very helpful and supportive. She helped me allot from start to finish. If it was not for her support and help, I honestly would not have completed my mortgage. She is a super star. I really hope BA recognises her efforts and rewards her. I will 100% recommend. A+ God Bless Georgia. I hope god rewards you.

This is my first experience of buying a flat and James was a godsend. He showed me around the city and regularly sent me updates on the new projects in the area. I have recommended him to everyone of my friends. I will definitely be buying from him again.

Harry is absolutely fantastic. Really clear with communication throughout the whole process and he always does what he can to help with any questions/queries. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Would highly recommend.

Everything as been done as asked
and most importantly on time!!

Charlie Baxter helped me with my first purchase. He was extremely helpful and found me an excellent property. I recommend him without hesitation.

The time line slipped twice which costed me dearly in terms of my mortgage deal and impacted my personal plans of travel

This is the second time I have used BuyAssociation. Henry Shaw has always been clear in his appraisals and has taken the time in person to discuss the specifics of properties. BuyAssociation staff also invest in their own properties so the added security of this is reassuring. Their understanding of the market movements are second to none, and have a range of properties to ensure that every client's personal investment requirements are met. I would not hesitate to recommend BuyAssociation, and specifically Henry. Their professionalism and ongoing care is absolutely second to none.

Just locked in for our first investment property with Buy Association! Our agent (Henry Shaw) is fantastic, very knowledgeable and tailored our investment to suit what we need. The properties are well designed and in excellent locations. Very much looking forward to expanding our portfolio with BA in the future.

The entire team was helpful throughout the entire purchase process but in particular Henry provided an unparalleled amount of information at the front end to help us decide on which property to purchase. Would 100% recommend

Really professional and informative. Quick to respond to all my questions in great detail which was much appreciated. I'd be happy to work with BuyAssociation again in future.

I have been working with BuyAssociation (in a professional capacity) for a few months now and they are a really great team. Georgia and Jasmin are very professional and knowledgeable about their developments and I would recommend them to any investors looking to build/expand their property portfolio.

The whole process was smoothly guided. I was provided all the information that I needed to come to the decision

I have dealt with Buy Association for a number of years now and have always found them to be very honest and reliable. They are a pleasure to deal with and we have a particularly good relationship with Katie, who is a star.

I have worked with BA for around 5 months now, Katie, Georgia and Jasmin are amazing to work with, always professional, excellent communication and the progression is always smooth. Happy to work alongside a great agency!

Katie, alongside the rest of the team have been excellent to work with. They're extremely thorough and knowledgeable and the all round experience has been extremely positive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for property investments.

I have worked with Sam, Katie, James and the team for a number of years and have always found their knowledge and service to be market leading.

I have worked with BA for over 4 years and they have always exceeded expectations. Professional and trustworthy - giving confidence that you are being looked after. Efficient, friendly approachable staff that get things done in the right way. Buy Association make the sales process very smooth, transparent and easy. If only more agents could work this way.

I have been dealing with Katie Walker for the last few years. Professional as always! Excellent communication and always willing to go the extra mile!

Working with Buy Association in a professional capacity, it's clear that their team are very knowledgeable and efficient in every aspect! The team provide regular updates and are always on hand with any information when requested.

Super impressed with my dealings with BA, they hade unrivalled knowledge on the market, made me feel extremely comfortable - settling all of my queries in thorough manner. They really understood what i was trying to achieve from property and directed me to the most suitable investment that would coincide with this. I would definitely recommend BA if you are new to investment or experienced landlord. They have a wide discipline of properties and some really strong off market opportunities alongside the nature which they consult you as a client is super professional. I will be purchasing again - Thanks Ryan
