Charlie knows the property and mortgage market well and as other reviewers have said he is quick to respond to queries.
Not only that he seems to be always available for a quick chat too to bounce off ideas.
I have made two off plan investments so far through him and am pleased that I have made them.
I have been approached by other property consultants but no one else seems to give me that confidence to make a purchase.

Charlie was great
Charlie was great. I purchased two investment properties with him and am planing to do more. There are many agents in this market but Charlie differentiates himself by being very thorough in his review of the development and site and by giving open and reliable analysis. He also thought from investor’s perspectives and took extra steps to ensure I had sufficient information to make my decisions. What I liked most was his reliance on data instead of sale tactics. If you have experienced dealing with buy-to-let real estate agents, you will notice they tend to have the same catchy lines, etc. Charlie was different; he provided thorough information, conducted amazing due diligence (his emails were like proper investment analysis) and used data to back up his claims. I also remembered him reaching out after I had made a purchase of an off-site property and provided advice and services to reduce my overall out of pocket expenses. He was genuinely interested in cultivating a long-term relationship than to just sell a unit. Highly recommended.
