I ordered a boot barn gift card and was told my card was declined then I was told I would not get the card until
Monday because management has to approve it. This site is a scam and do not do not give them any money. Sad that we can not get them shut down for stealing our money.

I tried to buy a gift card for Lowe’s who contracts their gift cards to this company. My purchase failed five times, each time Buyatab flagging it as fraudulent. My credit card company approved the purchase. Finally I called Lowe’s who could not explain the glitch. Neither could Buyatab.

Ho comprato a novembre 2024 una carta fisica uniqlo non sapendo che mi stessi appoggiando a una ditta esterna (il brand dovrebbe avvertire). A metà dicembre ho cercato i contatti nella mail.di conferma per chiedere info sull'arrivo. Mi hanno risposto subito e con gentilezza dandomi varie possibilità di rimediare. Ho chiesto il rimborso, non contandoci troppo , viste le recensioni. Rimborso avvenuto con successo. Mi hanno anche scritto via mail. La pecca è dei brand che non avvertono che si affidano a loro.

Ordered a Lowe’s digital card on Christmas Day. This literally saved Christmas!

I bought $100 of Outback gift cards with $40 bonus cards. I received the digital cards but none of them have any money on them. Embarrassing at Outback. Luckily it’s our local Outback,and they know us and knew we weren’t trying to stiff them. Be Careful!

TERRIBLE! Lowe's is losing business. My credit card company approved a gift card purchase but buyatab cancelled it, even after I spoke with a customer service rep at Buyatab. Absolutely ridiculous in 21st Century.

This company is a SCAM. Do not use. They email a gift voucher that is unable to be used. I thought I was buying a LUSH voucher but there was no money on it and the LUSH store would not accept the voucher.

Shockingly bad! DO NOT USE. They will send you a gift card with no money on it. For some reason Uniqlo use them and i can see from past reviews people have had the same problem.

They are thieves! DO NOT USE and shame on Uniqlo for continuing to use them.

Pessimo servizio, gift card mai arrivata e al servizio clienti nessuno risponde. Da quasi 2 mesi sto cercando di farmi rimborsare la spesa senza successo. Ma a farmi a arrabbiare ancora di più è Uniqlo che se ne lava le mani e che continua ad appoggiarsi a questa azienda per le gift card. Schifo.

Attempted to purchase a Bay digital gift card. I cannot tell if it worked. It is an awful site. I honestly do not trust it. I only now read the other reviews… I would stay away from this site. Honestly I do not even trust the Bay for using this awful interface.

Awful! Completed purchase of a Uniqlo gift card with money being from my card. Then returned from my card site to uniqlo buyatab site - but it was the order page. No confirmation of order and no order in sight. My order payment is held in pending by my credit card company so hopefully they won!t take try to take it. Dont trust them!

Terrible service. Had to call twice to receive my money from a giftcard (that was not working) back. They didnt want to help me until I start treaten. Lost 50 euro’s for calling so long! I am so so MAD!

They will lie, accuse you of fraud even though your purchase was approved and then hang up the phone on you.

Don’t buy anything from them. They have terrible customer service and if you buy from them they won’t refund you if you made a mistake with the type of product; they will not even consider exchanging the item with another item. Horrible experience.

Rejected purchase of Lowe's gift card with bonus card promotion, despite pre-authorization from my credit card bank. Got an immediate email from them that my order was canceled, and a phone number to call for details. After doing that, and re-verifying all information (including sensitive financial data), I was told there was still an issue and I would get another email within 24 hours.

Sure enough, the followup email came with "our system was unable to complete your recent online gift card order; therefore, your order has been cancelled. Please do not retry this transaction."

Don't worry too much about that buyatab.com!

What I *do worry about* is how secure the information that I provided them is. Googling "buyatab reviews" yielded an ugly Yelp page.

I think that Lowe's could find a much better gift card partner.
