buyinsulationonline.co.uk Reviews

Was delivered fast and competitive pricing. Will definitely use again

Received a fire rated access panel which was not quite as it looked on web with large gap around door which would allow drafts and not fit for purpose accessing plumbing behind stud walling.

Asked about return and was told it would incur a 35% fee which we thought excessive

So have bought a better one from another supplier.

Bought Gapitape from them. A great product at a good price👍

I ordered after 1pm one day . And 2 days later it arrived. The service was great the price was more than reasonable and the driver even carried it down the side of the house as requested by my wife as I was at work . I would highly recommend this company for insulation and service

Excellent product, competitively priced, dispatched and delivered promptly.

Low-E Perf-Breathable Foil.
Just the right stuff for a retro fit flooring job.
Perfect for controlling moisture release, while not blocking moisture and therefore sending it up the walls.

There doesn’t seem to be anything else on the market quite like it. (I am happy to be proved wrong)

Chose buyinsulationonline after looking at various online companies. Turns out it was a very good choice. Good price and delivery was so quick. An excellent company to do business with. Thanks

Great prices and great service, even though it’s such a bulky item the delivery went without a problem , staff couldn’t be more helpful 😁

Prachi gave me great assistance in guiding me to the correct insulation I wanted. Very impressed.

Good choice of materials at the best prices online, including free delivery. Well recommend. Will use them again for sure.

I'm very pleased with this company. The pricing was competitive and every contact has been clear and efficient.

The delivery was promptly despatched and arrives as promised.

Great customer service.

Lived up to everything agreed on. Quick delivery and good product.

What a marvellous company to deal with. From the moment I placed my order I received regular communications, not just relating to confirmation of the order, but also regular updates for every step in the process, right through to despatch confirmation and an expected delivery date. What impressed me most was how personal and friendly each communication was, just like keeping in touch with a friend. Great service, great company, well pleased, and highly recommended.

If you need pipe insulation delivered next day - guaranteed- then buy from this supplier.
Huge selection for many applications - I needed insulation to re-lag the refrigeration deck on ULT freezers - very easy to navigate website - easy to determine bore size, insulation width etc.
The delivery came with a bag if sweets, which when’t down well during a well earned tea break.
Will be 1st choice supplier next time.

Great product and excellent service, fast and easy ordering.

Great service, answered enquiry straight away and went above and beyond with availability of stock. Professional team, will definitely use again

Excellent service, great prices and extra fast delivery

Good quality product however the delivery charges are just too high.

Cheapest online price for the pipe insulation I was looking for. Paypal payment option appreciated. Thought the delivery charge was perhaps a little strong for a light item but arrived next day and the little treat was an unexpected pleasant surprise so overall very happy; thank you

Great prices but could not pay , so cancelled order and bought elsewhere
