Finally had enough of this company after 8 pairs of pants and 7 shirts. There is one pair of pants that they continue to get wrong for me. I order the everyday pant 2.0 in tan about 2 years ago and they had the wrong fit (only this color) from my other 8 pairs and going up a size made them baggy, so I didn't get them. Fast forward to August of this year, with the new sizing, i had hoped they corrected the problem. Well I can't tell you because they sent the wrong size. To make matters worse, I have to return them and then after they receive them, I can get a replacement pair in 7 days. No thanks. Keep the pants and this will be my last order.

I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences with BYLT.

I initially placed an order for five shirts and paid an additional $28 for two-day delivery because I specifically needed the items within that timeframe. Unfortunately, the order was not going to arrive as promised. After speaking with a representative named Mou, I was advised to cancel the order and place a new one.

I followed that recommendation, reordered three items, and once again paid the $28 fee for expedited two-day delivery. Now I am being told that the order itself may take up to four business days just to be processed before it even ships.

At that point, what exactly am I paying $28 for?

Today, I spoke with Mou again, and unfortunately, no real solution was offered. Paying a premium for expedited shipping makes absolutely no sense if BYLT cannot process the order in a timeframe that allows the expedited service to actually mean anything.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not my first or second issue with BYLT. I have continued purchasing from this company despite repeatedly experiencing problems with shipping, fulfillment, and incorrect sizes being sent.

In fact, I often order three to five shirts at a time, sometimes ordering the exact same size and color more than once, because I have learned from previous experiences that there is a possibility BYLT will send me the wrong size.

Customers should not have to order duplicate items as a precaution against a company’s fulfillment mistakes.

I like BYLT’s products, which is the reason I have continued giving the company additional chances, but the customer service and order fulfillment experience has been consistently disappointing. When a customer pays extra for a specific shipping service and the company cannot meet it, there should be accountability, a refund of the expedited shipping fee, or at the very least a reasonable solution.

Unfortunately, once again, I am left paying extra and receiving no meaningful resolution. This has become extremely frustrating and has seriously affected my confidence in ordering from BYLT again.

I have been buying Bylt for quite sometime now, I had an issue with a shipment, it was resolved very fast. My new order was processed and sent out in a very timely fashion. Customer service was prompt and helpful.

I ordered two shirts and only one was delivered.

The customer service is a mix of AI and very unhelpful humans. They keep saying “your shipment was delivered” which is true, it’s just missing a shirt!!! I got half of what I ordered and they’re saying it’s correct.

I’ve even had someone say they’ll ship out another shirt and then nothing happens….

I do like a lot of their stuff but have a couple of major gripes. Overall the garments they make are comfortable, but don't have a particular high quality feel to them. They have a good variety of designs and the items I have kept have held up ok over time. The two concerns I have are:

1. Poor size fidelity. This is true across multiple product lines. For example, I have ordered the everyday pants in multiple sizes simply because the variation is so large. It implies poor quality control. Additionally, long sleeve versions of the drop cut shirts run at a larger size (I can wear a medium long sleeve but have to size up to large for the short sleeve). It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you have to pay for the return.

2. All the tops I have tried, even the short hem drop cut, are incredibly, sometimes hilariously, long. Not all of us are 6ft7! For me, this essentially locks me out of pretty much everything they sell.

These two issues knock off a couple of stars for me.

I will give BYLT 5 stars. I visited the DC store. The sale rep was great. The clothes fix was great.

Enjoy the quality of the fabrics being light enough yet looking more professional/casual than athleisure wear. The fits are also great with the only negative unique to my build (5’9” 180 lbs with muscular build) is that the shirt tails look a little long, especially with the drop cut. Price is on the higher end, but sales and discounts can make it a better value-purchase. Customer service is also great!

I checked out a $500.00 cart, which I built specifically to take advantage of a 25% discount but it was not applied. Customer. Service responded affirmatively and gave me the discount. This was my first year buying things of consequence from online clothing retailers and I’ve had some horrible experiences experiences. This was a pleasant ending and I applaud the Bylt team for their integrity.

Moe at BYLT handled my situation with care and expediency; a rarity in today’s world. I’ve always been a BYLT fan and this experience is a validation of my high regards for the company, product, and team!

I have been a loyal BYLT customer for a very long time because the product is top quality and it’s only eclipsed by the customer service. I strongly recommend this Brand.
